经过了长达几个月的准备，终于，我以教官的身份带领八年级的学弟妹们参加了这次的活动。在这次活动中，我不仅教会了他们很多，自己也学到了很多。我在这次活动中从肢体不协调到完成一支完整的舞蹈。从害怕社交，到融洽的与学弟妹相处，还成为了很好的朋友。记得第一次进班的时候，我内心其实非常恐惧，但是我告诉自己要热情，于是当我和811的同学们打招呼时，我们得到的却是一片安静。在第二次进班的时候，同学们变得活跃了很多，开始主动和我们讲话。在活动中的更让我惊喜的是，我和他们越来越有默契，有时候不需要我吼出指令，他们就能看懂我的眼神要去做什么。记得第二天他们跑完小铁人的时候，大家都非常的累，下午的活动积极性也不高，在进行“齐心协力”这个活动时，大家都在阳光下暴晒，很多同学开始低头睡觉，我也在努力控制我的情绪。但是最后还是凶了他们。在晚上班级反思的时候，我努力用平静的语气和他们做反思。最后一天在三国城的时候，班级中的小队长会主动帮我带队，点人数，管秩序。在自由活动的时候，他们主动让我去树荫下休息，给我递冰淇淋。这三天虽然很累，但是真的收获了很多。我学会了如何调节情绪以及如何处理突发情况。这三天说长很长，说短很短。甚至还和很多同学没来得及告别，就结束了。这三天虽然很累，但是当学弟妹们在走廊上看见我，和我打招呼，喊出我的代号时，我觉得一切辛苦都是值得的。感谢这次活动让我遇到了一群这么可爱的小朋友，也让我的人生多了一份精彩的体验！

After several months of preparation， finally， as an instructor， I led the eighth grade students to participate in this activity. In this activity， I not only taught them a lot， but also learned a lot myself. I went from dissonance to complete a dance in this event. From the fear of social， to the harmonious and school sister get along， but also become very good friends. I remember that when I entered the class for the first time， I was actually very afraid， but I told myself to be warm， so when I greeted the students of 811， we got silence. In the second class， the students became more active and began to talk to us. What surprised me more was that I got more and more tacit understanding with them during the activities. Sometimes they could understand what I was looking at without my yelling instructions. I remember that when they finished the little Iron Man race the next day， everyone was very tired and had little enthusiasm for the activity in the afternoon. When the activity of "Pulling together" was held， the venue was outside. Everyone was in the sun， many students began to sleep with their heads down， AND I was trying to control my emotions. But in the end he did it to them. In the evening when the class reflection， my voice has lost its voice. I try to reflect with them in a calm tone. On the last day in The Three Kingdoms， the captain of the class would take the initiative to help me lead the team， count the number and manage the order. During free time， they offered to let me sit in the shade and bring me ice cream. These three days although very tired， but really harvest a lot. I learned how to regulate emotions and deal with unexpected situations. These three days are long， long and short. And even a lot of students did not have time to say goodbye to the end. Although these three days are very tired， but when the students see me in the corridor， and say hello to me， shout out my code name， I feel all the hard work is worth it. Thanks for this activity let me meet a group of such lovely children， but also let my life more a wonderful experience!
