这次的三国活动我们有很多的准备，我们带着激动的心情来到八年级班级，我们先后进班跟他们一起做活动二次。后来就开始了正式活动。作为带新生成长营的队辅和现在三国依旧是队辅的我，能有很多不同的体验。我也能看到他们从我们第一次进班的不配合到慢慢的融入。在活动前一个月我们在努力的准备所有东西，也在努力练舞，想把最好的一面展现出来。在这次活动中我学会了做事前要思考会带来什么影响，应不应该做，而不是不顾他人去做。我记得我们总教官说过一句话“你们只有拿出120分的精神，学生才能跟着你们做，你们怎么样，学生也会怎么样。”八年级相比七年级会懂得很多，他们会分担很多东西，像我们班一位同学很有担当，责任感。我们班学生虽然在拔河中输掉了有点小失落，但是很快重振旗鼓融入到下午的活动，还有第二天的小铁人也表现的非常好。当然能受到学生的喜欢，也是我非常开心和荣幸的事情。教官活动目前也休息了下来，大家晚自习群里也没有了那些今晚练舞吗这些消息。也非常感谢学长姐的帮助。

We had a lot of preparation for this activity. We came to grade eight with excitement. We went in and did the activity with them for two times. Then the official event began. As the leader of the freshman growth camp and I am still the leader of The Three Kingdoms， I can have a lot of different experiences. I can also see them from the first time we did not cooperate with the class to slowly integrate. In the month before the event， we worked hard to prepare everything， and also practiced hard to show the best side. In this activity， I learned to think about the impact of doing something and whether I should do it or not， instead of doing it regardless of others. I remember our chief instructor said a word "you only take out the spirit of 120 points， students can follow you to do， how you， how students will be." Eighth grade compared with seventh grade will know a lot， they will share a lot of things， like a student in our class is very responsible， sense of responsibility. Although the students in our class lost in the tug of war， they were a little frustrated， but they soon rallied and integrated into the activity in the afternoon， and the little iron man also performed very well the next day. Of course， I am very happy and honored to be liked by students. The instructor activity has also been rested， and there is no news about whether we will practice dancing tonight in the evening self-study group. Thank you very much for your help.
