恭喜热血三国完美收官！经过半年不懈的准备，我们终于站上了三国为期三天的战场，为这段时间的努力画上了一个完美的句号。一直以来，我只是作为一个学生，从这个角度去学习思考，但是这次的经历让我换了一个角度，做为一个教官，重新体验了热血三国。三日的相处， 成为了我们难以忘怀的回忆；多次的进班，培养了我们之间无声的默契；为期几个月的舞蹈排练，为舞林大会画上了精彩的一笔。对于这次活动，每个人都全身心投入，希望能给学弟妹带来最好的体验。 但同时担心与害怕也缠绕在我心头，担心无法做好学弟妹们的榜样，害怕因为自己而使他们失望。在活动开后，确实我们也发现了许多不足的地方，如过强的好胜心，轮班制一样的队辅等。我也对这样的自己感到生气，为什么没能做到更好。但令我欣慰的是801班的所有同学，他们经过第一天的活动后，发现了互相的长处，也正视了自己的不足，这使得他们在第二天的活动中势如破竹。擅长策略的同学们自发的当起了观察者，而不再是曾经不愿参加活动的孩子们。参与在活动中的同学也开始学会主动询问并聆听其他人的建议，整个班级在经历热血三国后变得更加团结。在宣布“吴国，天下霸业”时，我们也是由衷的为你们感到高兴。结业典礼结束后，我们红着眼眶与你们做了最后的告别，与你们的击掌一下下好像都拍在了我心上，使我久久无法平静。最后，真挚的感谢所有的老师与班主任们为此次活动所付出的一切，也感谢学长学姐们对我们的指导和包容，还有学弟妹们对我们的信任。这必定会是我们在康桥最灿烂的一页篇章。

Congratulations on the perfect ending of The Three Kingdoms! After half a year of unremitting preparation， we finally stood on the battlefield of the three countries for three days， drawing a perfect end to this period of efforts. All along， I just learned and thought from this perspective as a student， but this experience made me change a perspective， as an instructor， to experience The Three Kingdoms of Warm Blood again. Three days together， has become our unforgettable memories; Many times into the class， cultivate the tacit understanding between us; A few months of dance rehearsals， for the dance forest conference on a wonderful stroke. Everyone put their heart and soul into this event， hoping to give the best experience to the students. But I was also worried and afraid that I would not be able to set a good example for my younger siblings， that I would let them down. After the activity， indeed we also found a lot of shortcomings， such as too strong competitive spirit， shift system of the same team and so on. I'm angry with myself for not doing better. But I am pleased that all the students in class 801， after the first day of activities， they found each other's strengths， but also face up to their own shortcomings， which made them in the second day of activities. Students who were good at strategy became spontaneous observers， instead of the kids who had been reluctant to participate in activities. The students who participated in the activity also learned to ask and listen to others' suggestions actively. The whole class became more united after experiencing The Three Kingdoms. We are also very happy for you when we declare "The Kingdom of Wu dominates the world". After the graduation ceremony， we made a final farewell with red eyes and your high five seemed to hit my heart， making me unable to calm down for a long time. Finally， I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the teachers and homeroom teachers for their efforts in this activity， as well as the seniors for their guidance and tolerance， as well as their trust in us.
