这三天的活动真的让我学到了很多。还记得几个月前，我还是一个刚升入10年级没多久的学生，觉得当教官很酷，于是就抱着玩玩的态度报名了教官，但后来我也没想到我会坚持到现在。还记得刚开始的时候我还什么都不懂，什么都要问总教官或者老师，到现在一些事情我都能很好的解决，我认为这就是我这段时间的进步所在。在我印象中最深刻的是教方回结这个活动。在我们教官那三天的活动中还是总教官教我们，并且我们学了好久，一转眼，站在前面教方回结的已经变成了我们。在最初参加面试的时候，内心忐忑不安，心中悸激动不安。尽管当时听说了教官活动面试的残酷，也意识到自己在学校中不是最突出的那一个，但我依然竭尽全力做到了最好。当时知道自己能够做教官的时候我真的很开心，因为这是对我一个极大的认可雨鼓励，我一直不觉得自己能够面试上教官，但是简简单单的一个通知却让我找回了自信。刚开始的时候我一直很害怕自己做不好教官，第一次完成教官作业，第一次进入班级以及第一次对这可爱的同学们发火，这些都是我从未想到的。这些活动对我来说充满意义以及充满了我的回忆，我忍着疼痛的嗓子但是抱着满腔的热血告诉自己其实我所拥有的能力超乎我的想象，只要坚持就是胜利。这次教官活动会成为我人生记忆中重要的一笔，当时未来面临困难，当我想要放弃，我的脑海中终会浮现一帧帧画面，在操场上的呐喊声和八年级的孩子们的欢笑声。

These three days of activities really let me learn a lot. I still remember a few months ago， I was a student who had just been promoted to grade 10. I thought it was cool to be an instructor， so I signed up for an instructor with a playful attitude， but later I didn't expect that I would stick to it until now. I still remember that at the beginning， I didn't understand anything. I had to ask the chief instructor or teacher for everything. Up to now， I can solve some things very well. I think this is where my progress in this period of time lies. What impressed me most was that the teaching side carried out this activity. In our instructor's three-day activities， the chief instructor taught us， and we learned for a long time. In a twinkling of an eye， the one standing in front of the teacher has become us. When I first attended the interview， I felt uneasy and excited. Although I heard about the cruelty of the instructor activity interview at that time and realized that I was not the most prominent one in the school， I still did my best. I was really happy when I knew that I could be an instructor because it was a great recognition and encouragement to me. I didn't think I could interview an instructor， but a simple notice made me regain my confidence. In the beginning， I was always afraid that I could not be a good instructor. I never thought of completing the instructor's homework for the first time， entering the class for the first time， and getting angry with the lovely students for the first time. These activities are full of meaning and memories for me. I endure a painful voice， but with full blood， I tell myself that in fact， I have more ability than I imagined. As long as I insist， I will win. This instructor activity will become an important stroke in my living memory. At that time， I was facing difficulties in the future. When I wanted to give up， frames of pictures， shout on the playground， and the laughter of children in Grade 8 would emerge in my mind.
