“我们是！ 白！尼！巴！”在活动开始前，我其实很难想象我作为教官的样子。会说什么样的话，会做什么样的事；或者说，能说出什么样的话，能做出什么样的事；这在原来的我心里是完全的未知数。大家看到整齐到炸裂的舞蹈不知道跳了几节晚自习，一个八拍的动作因为总是不能到期的人数教了不知多少遍，为了照顾全方位同学不停改变的队形，所有的汗水都让我对这个全新的身份更加的笃定和期待。在真正见到大家之前每一天的我都带着100%的紧张，从记下每一首歌曲的旋律节奏到自我介绍的精心编排，一切的顾虑却都好像在走进807班级的那一刻消散。 我们意想不到的是，各位同学的表现远比我们想象中的成熟。尽管最开始的你们会为了输赢斤斤计较，会为了小事争吵不听命令，可当我听到有人说“教官，别喊了，我帮你整队”，看到你们穿着蜀国的衣服放声的歌唱，我一切一切的疲惫都转化为了对你们的自豪和欣慰。在红幕布拉开的时候，一切委屈和劳累都化成了无尽的喜悦。在台上的我们都很尽力的在控制自己的眼泪，无数个准备活动的夜晚，无数个为了团队的呐喊，无数滴在排练时流下的汗水，都在那一刻充满了我们的眼眶的。三天里，作为教官的我们和同学们并肩战斗，每一个为了班级跑动的身影，每一个为了蜀国呐喊的声音，都足以成为我们最珍贵的记忆。三天的活动也许只是大家人生中的昙花一现，但这朵花在各位教官的汗水和泪水中成长，在所有同学的努力下庇护下成为琪花瑶草，当然，也会在大家的恋恋不舍和美好记忆里四季飘香。

"We are! Baize! Jieni! Huba!"Before the activity began， I could hardly imagine myself as an instructor. What kind of things I would say or do; Or， what can be said or done; This was a complete unknown in my mind. We don't know how many times we practice the dance to make it neat; I don't know how many times I taught for just one movement; and in order to take care of the full range of students， we kept changing the formation; all the sweat made me more confident and look forward to this new identity.I was 100% nervous every day before I actually met everyone of 807. From writing down the melody and rhythm of each song to elaborately arranging my self-introduction， all my concerns seemed to dissipate at the moment I entered the 807 classroom. To our surprise， the students' performance is far more mature than we expected. Although at the beginning you would be haggling over every detail in order to win or lose， and would quarrel for small things and not listen to orders. However， when I heard someone say "Take a break， I will help you form the team" and saw you wearing clothes of The kingdom of Shu singing aloud， all my exhaustion turned into pride and joy for you. When the red curtain on the stage opened， all grievances and fatigue transfered into endless joy. On the stage， we all tried our best to control our tears. Countless nights of preparation， countless cries for the team， and countless drops of sweat during the rehearsal filled our eyes at that moment. During the three days， as instructors， we fought side by side with the class. Every running figure for the class and every shouting voice for the kingdom of Shu were enough to become our most precious memories.The three-day activity may be just a flash in the pan in your life， but this flash grew up in the sweat and tears of the instructors， and became a star under the protection of all the students' efforts. Of course， it will shining forever.
