时间飞逝，热血三国成长营的活动很快就结束了，没想到这三天真的如学长所说并没有那么长，一切的结束就是向学弟妹敬礼，直到那一刻我才感觉如释重负。早在一年前的时候，学校发出教官报名的邀请，我也是不假思索，果断的填写完报名表并递交，原因其一便是我来康桥的时间比较晚，很可惜没有能参加当时的热血三国成长营，想通过当教官来以不同角度体验这个活动，其二便是我对自己的能力有一个清晰的认知，在教官考核的时候，我对自己在教官团队里的定位已经非常明确了，我向来对自己工作的情况以及效率比较了解——我比较内向，并且善于团队合作，这也是为什么我适合并最终选择以及十分热爱这份工作。在很多人的眼里，后勤团队可能真的是无所事事并且可有可无的，但是当你真正体验到时，你会由衷的感受到真的很繁忙。或许我们在前期的准备莫过于养精蓄锐罢了，但是在活动当中我们不仅要准备日常的任务，更要灵活和随机应变。我知道，后勤可能是一个默默无闻，不为人知的工作，甚至学弟妹不一定记得住我们，但是我相信在以后，等到他们长到我们这个年纪，一定也会感同身受的。最后我非常感谢学校赋予我们教官的身份来参加活动，让我们会获得课堂之外的成长。如果有机会的话，我一定还会参加这种活动，继续从中学习和成长。

A year ago， the school issued an invitation for instructors to sign up， I did not think twice about it.I decisively filled out the application form and submitted it， one of the reasons is that I came to KangChiao late， unfortunately， I was not able to participate in the Three Kingdom growth camp， want to experience this activity from a different perspective by being an instructor， the other is that I have a clear perception of my own abilities， in the instructor assessment， I have a clear understanding of my own My position in the instructor team was already very clear. I have always been more aware of my work situation and efficiency - I am more introverted and good at teamwork， which is why I fit and eventually chose and love this job. In many people's eyes， the logistics team may be really idle and dispensable， but when you really experience it， you can truly feel that it is really busy. Maybe we are just preparing in the early stage， but in the event we not only have to prepare for the daily tasks， but also have to be flexible and adaptable. I know that logistics may be a quiet and unknown job， and even the younger students may not remember us， but I believe that in the future， when they grow up to be our age， they will definitely feel the same way. Finally， I would like to thank the school for giving us the status of instructors to participate in the event， so that we can grow beyond the classroom. If I have the opportunity， I will definitely participate in this kind of activity again and continue to learn and grow from it.
