这次三国对我们来说意义非凡。在三年前的2018年，我们就被第一届康桥自己的教官所带领，完成了当时的热血三国，可能有很多的活动的到现在我都不记得了，但是有一点，我永远都忘不掉，那就是想要当教官的心。时间过得很快，我终于迎来了我可以当教官的机会，我和我的朋友们费劲全力通过层层筛选，经过一年的细心学习与准备，终于为2021年的三国做好了十足的准备。第一次进班时，八年级的同学们还对我们不了解，有一些放不开，但是经过慢慢地相处，他们渐渐打开了心扉，在活动正式开始的时候，他们拿出了最好的精神状态，这让我非常震惊，同学们的气势每一次都会让我对他们有新的认知。在带领他们学习关卡的时候，我渐渐发现有一些人的能力开始展现出来，看着他们从毫无默契到完美合作，我真的非常开心。当然，在学生们成长的过程中教官也在成长，以前赖床的男生每天不到6点就起床以最好的状态迎接学弟妹，也有很多教官过来和我分享他们的带班经验，渐渐地，我们在学弟妹眼里的形象甚至大于老师，他们也非常喜欢来问我们问题，或者给我们提一些建议，更有一些有心的同学过来关心我们的身体。我听到同学们和我说的最多的一句话就是：“教官什么时候面试，我已经等不及要做了。”同学们的成长教官们都看在眼里，也希望他们能把三国学到的东西牢牢记住，在三年以后也能成为一名优秀的教官。

Time flies quickly， and I finally ushered in the opportunity for me to be an instructor. My friends and I worked hard to pass through layers of screening. After a year of careful study and preparation， we finally made a good job for the Three Kingdoms in 2021. Preparation. When they first entered the class， the eighth grade students still didn’t understand us， and some of them couldn’t let go， but after getting along slowly， they gradually opened up their hearts. When the activity officially started， they gave their best. I was very shocked by the mental state of my classmates. The aura of my classmates will give me a new understanding of them every time. While leading them to learn levels， I gradually found that some people's abilities began to show up. I was really happy watching them go from no tacit understanding to perfect cooperation. Of course， as the students grow up， the instructors are also growing. The boys who used to stay in bed would get up at less than 6 o’clock every day to welcome the younger siblings in their best condition. Many instructors also came to share their experience of teaching classes with me. Gradually， Our image in the eyes of the younger brothers and sisters is even greater than that of the teachers. They also like to ask us questions or give us some suggestions， and some serious classmates come to care about our bodies. The one sentence I heard most from my classmates and me was: "When will the instructor interview， I can’t wait to do it." Keep in mind that you can become an excellent instructor after three years.
