在我8年级的时候，我们是第一次被11年级的学长和学姐带，他们对我非常的好就像家人一样。从那以后我就有了当教官的念头。终于经过了一层一层的筛选，我当上了教官。我发誓我一定要带好那群小朋友。在三国活动中我担任的是后勤教官，非常遗憾没有去带学弟学妹，少几分精彩。记得在几个月前，我们需要练习舞蹈给小朋友们看。可是我不会跳舞，也是个音痴。但是为了能让小朋友看到我们整齐的舞姿，我决定拼一把。终于到了舞林大会，我们将所有舞蹈展现给8年级学弟学妹。他们非常的开心，为我们喝彩。我非常的开心，我永远不会忘记当时的场景。在这次活动中我也有许多需要反思的事情。作为一个后勤教官，我需要给队辅教官提供需要的材料。有些时候以为没有及时观看微信消息。导致我没有及时把材料送到他们手上。活动进行延误后勤负全责。我真的非常抱歉。我希望以后的三国教官不会范同样的错误，也希望康桥三国活动越来越好。以上就是我的心得。

When I was in 8th grade， it was the first time that we were taken by seniors and sisters from 11th grade. They treated me very well like family. Since then， I have the idea of being an instructor. Finally， after a layer of screening， I became an instructor. I swear I will take good care of those children. In the Three Kingdoms event， I served as a logistics instructor， and I regret that I didn’t bring my younger brothers and sisters. It was a bit less exciting. I remember that a few months ago， we needed to practice dancing for the children. But I don't know how to dance， and I'm also a sound idiot. But in order to let the children see our neat dance， I decided to do it. Finally arrived at the Dance Forest Conference， we showed all the dances to the 8th grade students. They were very happy and cheered for us. I am very happy and I will never forget the scene at that time. I also have many things to reflect on in this event. As a logistics instructor， I need to provide the necessary materials to the team's assistant instructor. Sometimes I thought I didn’t watch WeChat messages in time. As a result， I did not deliver the materials to them in time. The logistics of the event is fully responsible for the delay. I'm really sorry. I hope that future instructors of the Three Kingdoms will not make the same mistakes， and I also hope that Cambridge Three Kingdoms activities will get better and better. The above is my experience.
