在上一周刚结束的三天活动中，以不同的身份再次参与到三国我体验到的很多不同的东西。三年前，作为学员的我们，被第一届教官带领着。比起老师，教官作为与我们年龄相近的人，他们可以给我带来很多与老师与众不同的东西。在我们八年级的时候，三国活动做了一些改变，让11年级的学长姐来带领我们进行为期三天的三国活动。在活动开始前几天作为学员的我，有些时候不愿意服从教官的指示，觉得他们为什么来带领我们。在第二天活动的时候，我渐渐的多了解到了一些关于学长姐教官的事，我看到他们每个人都有自己的本领，都有自己很出色的点，当是我就下定决心，想要凭借自己的努力在11年级的时候也当上教官。在去年十年级的时候，我们进行了新的一批教官面试。通过自己的努力没有放弃，成功的进入的预备教官的团队，每一次的作业都认真完成，不懈怠，在最后成功的进入了正式教官团队。十一年的开学第一周，我们进行了第一次的教官活动新生成长营。这个活动中，我体验到了第一次带学生的感受，在第一次活动中积累经验。前几天的三国活动中，对我影响很深刻的是，我们班的一些学生，在刚开始前两次我们队辅进班的时候，这些学生对我们的行为很不理解，但是到了活动中的时候，我能看出他们慢慢的开始理解我们了，很配合我们的指示，也有很努力的去完成，这让我能理解到当是带我们的学长姐的心情。这个教官活动中我们学到了很多，很感谢活动组的老师可以给我们这次机会，谢谢学长姐们的指导，以及所有带队老师的教诲。

Three years ago， as students， we were led by the first instructor. Compared with teachers， instructors， who are close to our age， can bring me a lot of things different from teachers. When we were in grade 8， we made some changes in the three kingdom challenge camp activity and asked senior sisters from Grade 11 to lead us on a three-day three kingdom challenge camp activity. A few days before the activity started， as a student， I was sometimes reluctant to obey the instructions of the instructors， wondering why they were leading us. In the second day of activities， I gradually learned more about the elder sister instructors， I saw that each of them has their own skills， have their own very good points， when I was determined to rely on their own efforts in grade 11 also become instructors. In grade 10 last year， we interviewed a new group of instructors. Through my own efforts， I did not give up， and successfully joined the preparatory instructor team. I completed every homework carefully and did not slack off. Finally， I successfully joined the formal instructor team. In the first week of the 11th semester， we held the first instructor activity and freshmen growth camp. In this activity， I experienced the feeling of leading students for the first time and accumulated experience in the first activity. A few days ago， the three activities in the very deep influence me is that some of the students in our class， two auxiliary into our team before beginning class， the students of our behavior is not very understanding， but in the event of the time， I could see that they slowly began to understand us， very fit our instructions， also have very hard to do， This let me understand when it is to take our elder sister's mood. We have learned a lot from this instructor activity. We are very grateful to the teachers in the activity group for giving us this opportunity. We are grateful to the seniors for their guidance and all the teachers who lead the team for their teachings.
