Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

在我心里，当教官一直是一件很荣誉的事情。黑色衣服背后赫然刻着四个大字：菁英活动。远远看去，这帮身穿迷彩裤，教官服的群体永远是那么英姿飒爽，神采飞扬。从穿上这件衣服的时候，就代表着我们已经完成了训练和考核成为了一名合格的教官，也意味着我们从一名学生的身份脱变成了老师，教官，关主...... 三天时间虽然很短暂，但我觉得每个教官都在这次活动中得到了锻炼和成长， 我们将我们所学所会传递给这些学弟妹们，他们同时也在用真心和热情回报我们。这是我们12年级最后一次当教官了，与第一次当教官时相比，我可能变得更加成熟了，更加体会到了领导力，团队合作等的重要性，看待事物的角度也不同了。这届11年级教官很棒，各个都是无与伦比的人才，都有属于自己的闪光点，并且将这届学弟妹们带得很好，能更好的与他们互动，处理关系融洽。看着他们在舞台上发光发亮，心理沉思一下：这可能就是师长们所说的传承吧！希望菁英志工团这个大家庭会在康桥老师的带领下越来越好！

Being an instructor has always been a matter of honor in my mind. On the back of the black clothes were four large letters engraved: Elite Activities. From a distance， the group in camouflage trousers and instructor uniforms looked ever so valiant and glamorous. From the time we put on this clothing， it means that we have completed our training and examination to become a qualified instructor， and it also means that we have shed our identity from a student to a teacher， instructor， off master ...... Although the three days were short， I feel that each instructor has been trained and grown during this activity， and we have passed on what we have learned to the younger students， who are also returning the favor with their hearts and passion. This was our last time as Year 12 instructors and I have probably become more mature than when I first became an instructor， appreciating the importance of leadership， teamwork， seeing things in a different light. The Year 11 instructors have been great， all unparalleled talents， all with their own sparkle， and have done a great job of bringing up the younger students， interacting with them better， and handling them well. Watching them shine on stage， I thought to myself， "This is probably what the mentors call a legacy! I hope the Elite Volunteer Group will get better and better under the leadership of the teacher in Kangchiao!
