光阴似箭，时光如梭，时间过得快。曾经第一届由教官带领八年级的我很荣幸也成了一名教官。这几个月的筹备，七年级的新生成长营和三天的热血三国活动是我高中时期最珍贵的回忆。每天晚上不断地排练舞蹈，一次又一次的重来只为给学弟妹呈现出最好的风采。这三天的热血三国活动里带领班级律动，睡帐篷，烧烤，行进间唱歌，小铁人，绳结，手势这些都还历历在目。通过这三天我从一个做事毛手毛脚的学生逐渐学会怎样安排整理好一些事物。怎样管理有效的管理班级，怎样控制自己的情绪，怎样和学生相处，怎样安排好活动。这几个月的时间的相处大家一起累一起笑，让我们教官成为了一个大家庭。还记得第一次进班里时怀着忐忑的心情，怕自己做不好，但这些不安的情绪都在班级的歌声和笑声中化解。我们805班是一个非常棒的班级。看着他们从一开始的沉默到后面做活动的积极，从开始的口号的薄弱到声音的洪亮，一路过关斩将，拿出了最好的态度，真心为他们感到开心。这三天里不仅是我在带领他们，他们同时也在不断的感染着我让我不断进步。感谢所有参与的教官，老师，八年级的学弟学妹们，大家都辛苦了。

I was honored to become a coach. These months of preparation， the seventh-grade freshman growth camp， and the three-day Three Kingdoms activities are the most precious memories of my high school period. Every night to constantly rehearse the dance， again and again， only to show the best style to the grade-eight students. In these three days of three Kingdoms activities， we led the class rhythm， sleep tent， barbecue， march between singing， triathlon， knots， gestures these are still vividly visible. Through these three days， I gradually learned how to arrange some things. How to manage effective management classes， how to control their emotions， how to get along with students， how to arrange activities. These months of time to get along together we laugh together， let our coach become a big family. Still remember the first time in the class with an uneasy mood， afraid that I can not do well， but these uneasy emotions are resolved in the singing and laughter of the class. Our Class 805 is a really great class. Watching them from the beginning of the silence to the back of the active activities， from the beginning of the weak slogan to the sonorous voice， all the way through， took out the best attitude， really feel happy for them. These three days are not only I am leading them， but they are also constantly infected me to let me constantly progress. Thank you to all the participating coaches， teachers， the eighth-grade junior students.
