三天说快不快，说短不短，准备了一年多终于要正式上场了，遇到的小孩们个个都很有活力，大部份也都很参与活动，我在活动过程中也遇到了很多困难，既然遇到了，那就想办法解决，行进过程中，班级都得唱歌，如果配合的话，那得跟班上好好沟通，一味的骂人也不是办法，毕竟谁都不喜欢被骂，可是遇到很严重的错误时，该骂的还是得骂，否则那是害了他们，我也学到许多事情，首先是不能一味的骂人，活动过程中，班上会有几个个别不听话，严重影响班上秩序或行程，我当时是把全班都骂了，后来觉得这对班上守秩序的人不公平，因为他们没做错，不能因为几个人牵连全班，这是我还要改进的地方，另外，行进过程中队形整齐也是一门学问，刚开始我就是一直往目的地前进，没太顾到后面的同学，导致队伍拖很长，七零八落的，后来我就是每走一段路就会回头看看队伍的尾巴，如果不整齐或者落队了，就停下来等他们跟上，如此一来队伍也比较整齐，总结来说，这三天不止学生学到了东西，我身为教官学到的更多，不只是硬实力，例如授课技能，绳结技能之类的，更重要的是一些软实力，例如待人处事的道理，如何带领班级，让学生听你的话，学习这些经验都是很难得的机会，只有参加了教官才能学到的。

This is where I still have to improve， in addition， the marching process in line is also a learning process， at first I just keep moving forward to the destination， not too concerned about the students behind， resulting in the team dragging a long， fragmented， later I just walk every section of the road will look back at the tail of the team， if not neat or fall in line， stop and wait for them to follow， so that the team is also more neat， in summary， this Three days not only the students learned something， I as an instructor learned more， not only hard strength， such as teaching skills， knot skills and so on， more important is some soft strength， such as the reasoning of dealing with people， how to lead the class， so that students listen to you， learning these experiences are very rare opportunities， only by participating in the instructor can learn.
