前几天热血三国刚刚落下了帷幕,身为教官的我认为这次的活动是我感受颇深。在三天日日夜夜与低年级的伙伴相处中我感受到了初中同学们的热情和他们的魄力,身为一个教官的角度再次回顾一下三国这个挑战营,首先感我们的老师们,执行官,和并肩作战的教官团队,是我们将近一年半时间的磨练,配合,学习,才成就了这次活动的圆满成功。先来说说我自己吧,带领小朋友固然很累,但是在没进行这次活动前,我不知道会让我觉得身心这么疲惫。我会反问自己,这么辛苦值得吗?我思考了很就这一个问题,是啊!活动是费时费力特别是今年的11年纪的我们现在迎接的是一个考试年,还要准备专业和保持GPA,我真的有这么多时间去做好所有的事情吗?但是在这几天中,我深深意识到身为一个教官的概念,教官不仅仅是领导力和脱离舒适圈,我更觉得是自律性和概念性的锻炼!首先要想当好一个教官就要分配好时间,什么时间该做什么,怎么做,打算做的怎么样,这些都要去自我规划,就好比第一次进班级的时候,我和我的伙伴,开始盘算着这一节课要交给小战友们的国家口号,律动和礼节。这些都是老师分配给我们的任务,但是我们该怎么教孩子们呢,我们该用什么方法交?他们会用心记住吗?这是我们需要自己去挖掘的。当我开始带领我们班上的孩子们练习,果不其然一开始的他们对于我们的到来感到十分的陌生,大对数伙伴喊口号很轻。当时吧我就觉得,我身为802的教官应该理解孩子们,第一次接触难念会有些陌生,但是从那刻开始我总有一股信念,我要带领好这帮小调皮,不让他们的热血三国留下遗憾。总而言之我想对他们说这个世界上的机会很多,对于怎么不留遗憾只要珍惜当下,踏踏实实的做。真心希望在他们的三年后,会更加出彩,加油,小战士们!

I felt the enthusiasm and courage of the junior high school students in getting along with the junior high school partners day and night for three days. As an instructor, I reviewed the challenge camp of the Three Kingdoms again. First of all, I felt that our teachers, executives and the instructor team fighting side by side were our training, cooperation and learning for nearly a year and a half, This event was a complete success. Let's talk about myself first. It's very tired to lead the children, but before this activity, I didn't know it would make me feel so tired physically and mentally. I will ask myself, is it worth the hard work? I've been thinking about this for a long time. Yes! Activities are time-consuming and laborious, especially for the age of 11 this year. We are now facing an examination year. We have to prepare for major and maintain GPa. Do I really have so much time to do all things well? But in the past few days, I have deeply realized the concept of being an instructor. An instructor is not only leadership and breaking away from the comfort circle, but also self-discipline and conceptual exercise! First of all, if you want to be a good instructor, you should allocate time, what to do at what time, how to do, and what you intend to do. These should be planned by yourself. For example, when I first entered the class, my partner and I began to calculate the national slogan, rhythm and etiquette to be handed over to my little comrades in arms in this class. These are the tasks assigned to us by the teacher, but how should we teach the children and how should we hand them in? Will they remember it by heart? This is what we need to dig ourselves. When I began to lead the children in our class to practice, it was not surprising that at the beginning, they felt very strange to our arrival. Most of our partners shouted slogans very lightly. At that time, I felt that as an 802 instructor, I should understand the children. It would be strange to meet difficult ideas for the first time, but from that moment on, I always had a belief that I would lead these naughty children and not let their blood leave regret. In a word, I want to tell them that there are many opportunities in the world. For how to leave no regrets, just cherish the present and do it steadfastly. I sincerely hope that in their three years, they will be more brilliant. Come on, little soldiers!
