从新生成长营到三国，是更加艰巨的任务，学弟学妹们在这次活动中成长，在与他们的接触中我也有不少收获。三国历来都是一个参与者之间充满了竞争，摩擦的活动，在这样一个满是火药味的活动中，参与其中的学弟学妹也会因为胜负欲而产生争吵和矛盾，每到这个时候我们教官更要公平公正，与此同时和学弟学妹做好沟通，要教会学弟学妹互相理解，互相包容，在遇到问题的时候能够自己主动沟通交流和解决同学间的小问题。在两次活动中，我都是以后勤组一员的身份参与其中，但是两次活动的感受是完全不同的，在新生成长营中，更多的是一个打杂，辛苦但不忙碌的感觉。但在这次三国活动中，随时随地都有新任务的下达，辛苦且繁忙的工作带来的也是成长，用更简洁明了的话语询问和通知，做事要眼疾手快。同时因为后勤事多人多，在任务传到后勤，我会帮忙安排好不同的分工，让每个人都能得到合理的分工，让活动能更快的推进，在活动结束后，后勤是不被大家记住的，但是每一个角落都有后勤的足迹，这种默默付出更是一种不一样的成长。

From the freshman growth camp to the Three Kingdoms， it is an even more difficult task. The younger students grew up in this event， and I also gained a lot from the contact with them. The Three Kingdoms has always been an activity full of competition and friction between participants. In such an activity full of gunpowder， the students participating in it will also have quarrels and conflicts because of their desire to win. Our instructors must be fair and equitable， and at the same time communicate well with the younger students， and teach them to understand and tolerate each other， so that they can actively communicate and solve small problems between students when they encounter problems. In both activities， I participated as a member of the logistics team， but the feelings of the two activities were completely different. In the freshman growth camp， it was more of a choreography， hard work but not busy feeling. But in this Three Kingdoms event， new tasks are issued anytime and anywhere. Hard and busy work also brings growth. Use more concise and clear words to ask and inform， and do things quickly. At the same time， because there are many people in logistics， I will help arrange different divisions of labor when the task is passed to the logistics， so that everyone can get a reasonable division of labor， so that the activity can advance faster. After the activity is over， the logistics will not be affected. Everyone remembers， but every corner has a logistic footprint. This kind of silent effort is a different kind of growth.
