Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

在这三天两夜的活动里我学会了很多东西。在三国活动是813班的教官（黑狼）还有我的伙伴小龙和确实，活动开始前我跟我的伙伴提前说好了一个人要当很凶的扶着教育的恶魔教官，另外一个人来扶着来哄学生的天使教官。我的伙伴说他很喜欢小朋友们所以他没办法凶他们所以我们就说好我来当恶魔教官，他来当天使教官。第一天进班的时候很乱，孩子们都很不听话 所以我们就教会了他们“比手势”（比赞）之后我们就用收拾来控制他们，但是手势也没有用的话我就会吼他们。后来我发现吼孩子们不是一个最好的方法，要让他们先理解我们为什么要这样做，为什么要按照规定来进行这个活动之后发现孩子们就开始很听话，也很尊重我们了 而且我也不喜欢当很凶的或者对孩子们影响不好的教官，所以我该严肃的时候严肃，该温柔的时候就温柔（哄孩子们），该好玩的术后就好玩。他们不想参与或者吵架的时候我都会吧一个一个孩子叫过来（别的孩子看不到的地方，因为他们有一尊心，我怕在别人面前他们会觉得尴尬或者害羞）之后我就变得超级超级温柔跟他们说“你这么啦？可以告诉一下教官发生了什么事情吗～？” 之后我就了解发生了什么事情之后我就跟他们说“你们两个人都有错都有对，但是下一期不要用吵架或者打架的方式来解决这个问题好不好～？” 我让他们用讲话的方式来解决（用温柔的语气跟对方讲话）实在没办法的话我让他们就来找我了，后来我跟几个不听话的孩子们聊过天，教他们用聊天的方式解决问题后就再也没有发上过吵架或者打架。经过这个活动我发现老师们真的很辛苦很辛苦，当老师或者教官是一个体力还有心里也会累的工作，但是我不后悔选着当教官，因为在这个活动里我学会了很多技能来带孩子们，而且我增加了一个很好的回忆，还认识了很多孩子们（每次见到我都会说“黑狼教官好～）。而且我的梦想是当老师，我觉得这个活动多我的未来有很大的帮助，而且这一次活动是一个很好的提前尊卑当老师的练习，所以我跟感谢有这么好的机会来体验这个活动。

I learned a lot during this three-day event. Day before the activity， me and my partner planed different charater. One of supervisor would be a devil instructor who supported the education very hard， and the other would be an angel supervisor who would comfort the students.My partner said he liked the children so， that he couldn't be mad to them， so we agreed that I would be the devil's isupervisor， and he would be the angle supervisor. On the first day of activity， it was messy and the children were disobedient， so we taught them "show thumbs" and then we took attention from students，if it didn't work， I would yell at them.Then I realized that yelling at children was not the best way to make them understand the best way to communicate with eatch other， and I don't wana being a fierce or bad supervisor.Therefore， when they don't want to get involved or fight， I call one child at a time (places that other children can't see it because we have to respect students too， and I'm afraid they'll feel awkward or shy in front of others) and I become super soft and kind say to them， "Can you tell me what happened to you?" After I understand the situation， I told them， "You're both right and wrong， but next time if there is same thing happen， solve the problem through communication." I told them to talk to each other， and if they couldn't， I told them to come to me， and then I talked to some disobedient children， taught them to talk to each other and never sent them into fights again. I realized being teacher or supervisor is very complecated， but I didn't regret being an supervisor because I learned a lot of skills to take care of my children. Also， I got a lot of good memories and met many children (when they meet me in halway say， "Hi~ Black Wolf supervisor~"). My dream is to being a teacher in future and I think this activity will be a great help to my future. Also， this activity was a good practice to be a teacher in advance， so I'm thanks for having such a great opportunity to experience this activity.
