这次三国活动，给我很多感悟。我从这帮学生身上看到了我们当年的影子。 之前的我们也是如此嬉戏打闹，不听话，不积极地完成任务。 在教官的带领下，我们渐渐学会团队合作，团队配合，和伙伴们一起完成任务。之前参加热血三国是学生的身份，而现在我是教官的身份，所以很多事情我都换了一个角度思考。变得更加成熟，更有责任心，更有领导能力。现在我才能够理解，当时的自己是多么的调皮捣蛋，给老师带来许多的麻烦。这次806的孩子他们都很不错，一开始进班时，大家都很陌生，不愿意配合我们教官的任务。但是在我们教官的积极带领下，806的学生变得更加有活力，更加热情，更配合我们，都很积极的去完成教官布置的任务。我们讲自己的所学所会，一一传承给了那些孩子，但同时，他们也通过自己的善良和热情回报了我们。比如在烧烤环节，学生自己烤好了串，自己不吃，都拿给了我们教官，这让我很感动。虽然这个热血三国活动让学生成长了许多，但是我觉得我们教官的收获才是最多的，通过带领他们，我们对团队合作，领导力有了更加深刻的理解。这也是我们成长路上的一个重要的经历。我希望这个教官活动可以继续传承下去，我希望能看到我带领的学生，也可以成为下一届荣耀的教官！

Under the leadership of the instructor， we gradually learned teamwork， teamwork， and completion of tasks with our partners. I used to participate in the Three Kingdoms as a student， but now I am an instructor， so I think about many things from a different perspective. Become more mature， more responsible， and more capable of leadership. Only now can I understand how mischievous I was at the time and brought a lot of trouble to the teacher. This time， the children of 806 are very good. When they first entered the class， they were all strangers and were unwilling to cooperate with our instructor's tasks. But under the active leadership of our instructors， the 806 students have become more energetic， more enthusiastic， and more cooperative with us， and they are very active in completing the tasks assigned by the instructors. We talked about what we learned and learned and passed on to those children one by one， but at the same time， they also repaid us through their kindness and enthusiasm. For example， in the barbecue session， the students grilled the skewers themselves， but did not eat them， but gave them to our instructors， which touched me a lot. Although this passionate Three Kingdoms activity has made students grow a lot， I think our instructors have gained the most. By leading them， we have a deeper understanding of teamwork and leadership. This is also an important experience in our growth. I hope this instructor activity can continue to be passed on， and I hope to see the students I lead， and also become the next glorious instructor!
