这次教官活动我们学习到了许多日常上课中不会了解到的沟通技巧和教学技巧，对待八年级的同学，不能一直教训他们，他们也需要很多的鼓励，三国活动是为了让他们体验到团结，归属和友好的关系，而不是让他们认为是煎熬。我们希望他们也获得了一段珍贵且不可替代的回忆。 作为八年级体验过有教官带领我们活动的教官来说，我们对教官要做的事情也有一定的了解，但是有很多也还是疏忽了，有时也感觉自己穿越回了八年级我们还是学生身份。不过在我们看到学生们脸上洋溢着笑容和积极的眼神的时候，我感受到当时带我们的教官的心情。教官第一次进班时，我记得同学都对这次活动没什么兴趣，这让我回去之后也自我反思了许久，是我哪里做的不对，为什么大家都不太积极，感觉也很累。不过活动开始时各班也有努力的在配合教官们，可能周围环境和氛围是很重要的。活动时，大家逐渐步入正轨，最后我们国家也成功荣获天下霸业，不光是同学们非常激动，教官们也很开心。教官也只是引导作用，主要还是学生们自己的努力拿到了应有的回报。 所有教官都很努力的让活动圆满完成了，希望每个学生都记得他们的教官，好好珍藏这段青春。期待他们能够因为我们的影响而去成为未来的教官。        

We learned a lot of communication skills and teaching techniques that we wouldn't know in our daily classes. We can't keep condemn our 8th graders when it comes to them， they need a lot of encouragement too， and the Three Kingdoms event is designed to let them experience unity， belonging and friendship， not to make them think it's an ordeal. We hope they have also gained a precious and irreplaceable memory. As 8th grade instructors who have experienced having an instructor lead our activities， we have a certain understanding of what instructors are expected to do， but there are many that we still neglect， and sometimes we feel like we have traveled back to 8th grade when we were still students. But when we saw the smiles on the students' faces and the positive looks in their eyes， I could feel the feelings of the instructors who took us there. When the instructor first entered the class， I remember that the students were not very interested in this activity， which made me go back and reflect on myself for a long time， what I did wrong， why everyone was not very active and felt tired. However， at the beginning of the activity， all classes tried their best to cooperate with the instructors， so the surrounding environment and atmosphere are probably very important. At the end of the event， our country won the world championship， and not only the students were very excited， the instructors were also very happy. The instructors were only guiding， but mainly the students got their due reward for their efforts. All the instructors worked very hard to make the event a success， and I hope that each student will remember their instructors and cherish this part of their youth. We hope that they will become future instructors because of our influence.
