当初报名教官活动的时候只是单纯觉得好玩， 看朋友们都报了我也报了。从教官筛选开始到新生营活动前一个月我都还是把教官当成普通的义务工作， 只要吼一下学弟妹管一下秩序就行。从新生营开始我才得已从教官的视角去看待这件事， 开始意识到要做好教官远比管纪律复杂得多。我也开始对学弟妹们有了联系有了感情， 比起义务， 他们更像是我的责任， 我的职责就是这几天让他们玩得开心又能学到东西， 最重要的还有安全的完成活动。我印象最深的其中一次是新生营的第二天， 那天因为特别的忙， 从早到晚也没喝两口水。虽然后来渴得要命， 但当晚上烧烤时我班的同学被油溅烫伤时， 我还是毫不犹豫的把身上的水拿去给他降温并清理伤口并陪着他去保健室。热血三国营的这三天绝对比新生营精彩许多， 我们准备了一个多月的舞蹈也在第一天晚上的舞林大会上终于演出， 每位教官也都在这三天尽了自己最大的努力。活动过程出现过许多问题， 例如蜀国第一天刚开始的时候表现真的很差， 没人喊口号， 没人唱歌， 做什么动作都有气无力的。而且我带的班级第一天中午就有同学说不想参加活动了， 那个时候我真的很自责， 觉得自己因为新生营表现的不错， 三国就掉以轻心了， 没有把班级带好， 没把国家带好。好在之后在大家不断的努力下总算有了些许缓和， 蜀国甚至一度跟魏国并列第一， 所以班级同学就算放弃自己， 我也不会放弃他们。一些原本不想参加活动的同学到最后也参与进了活动， 并玩的很开心。在准备三国的期间每天准备舞林大会和关卡的东西弄的很晚， 有时甚至搭上了自己的gpa 。所以我也有怀疑自己的时候， 为什么为了这活动牺牲这么多， 作业时间，吃饭时间， 睡眠时间， 但每当我听到人群中喊出”小龙教官“时， 我知道， 这些苦都是值得的。
In the beginning I signed up to be an instructor because most of my friends signed up， and I thought I give it a shot. At first I took it as a regular volunteer work， I thought all I needed to do was to keep order during activities; It wasn’t until freshman camp， I started to realized that it is way more complicated than just keeping order and stuff. Additionally， I started to feel closer with my students， they are more like my responsibility than obligation， it is my responsibility to keep them safe while having fun through out this three day activity. I remember in the second day of freshman camp， I was super thirsty in the afternoon， I didn’t drink much water throughout the whole day， because it was the busiest day of the three. However， when my student got burned by oil splash while barbecuing， I didn’t hesitate to give all my water that is left in my bottle to clean his wound and to cool it down. The three day of Three Kingdom camp is undoubtedly more exciting and interesting than freshman camp， the dances we’ve prepared for over a month is finally performed in the end of the first day， and all the instructor did their best in the three days. Nevertheless， there has been problems in the three days. For instance， our Shu Kingdom started badly in the first day， no-one is saying the slogans， no-one is singing the songs， whatever they do they don’t seem to take it seriously. And one of my students in 813 said that he didn’t want to continue the activity anymore， that he wanted to quit right away. As an instructor， I feel like these are all problems caused by me， maybe I wasn’t good enough to lead them， maybe I got pumped up for my performance in freshman camp that I took the Three Kingdom camp too lightly. Fortunately， things got better over time thanks to everyone’s hard work， Shu Kingdom even tied for the lead with Wei Kingdom. My point here is that， even if students give up on themselves， I can’t give up on them. Kids who wanted to quit， participated in the activity and also had a great time in the end. When preparing for the Three Kingdom activity， we often sleep late， to practice our dances and other activities. I gave up lots of my sleep hours， my study hours， and it also cost me a little of my gpa in the process as well. I have had doubts about all this hard work， why sacrifices so much for an event ? But every time I heard “xiao long officer ! “， all the doubts are blown away， I understand that， our hard work had not gone in vain.
