就在前几天，我们实现了我们八年级的小梦想——当教官。一开始，我在选择当摄影和当队辅教官这两个职位中纠结了很久，最终还是选择了当队辅教官。因为最初来当教官的初衷就是想去带领学弟妹，就像当年带我们的教官一样。这三天让我收获了很多。在带队的时候，我学会了站在学生的角度换位思考，并且如何用不凶不骂的方式教导他们，激励他们参与活动。在带关卡的时候，我学会了如何带动班级气氛，如何让一节课变得更生动更有趣。      

在带队的过程中，我有拿着我的相机进行vlog的记录。从视频就能看到我们班孩子一点点的进步。最初采访他们的时候他们总是一脸不情愿。而经过一段时间的相处和活动后，他们开始慢慢有了团体的概念。每当我举起相机问他们有没有信心拿第一的时候，他们给我的回应一次比一次响亮。活动结束后，在走廊上遇到他们，他们还会热情的向我打招呼。我还听到我们班的孩子对我说，他们十一年级也要当教官。那一瞬间，我觉得一切的付出都值得了。这让我意识到自己是成功的，原来我的热情和影响力也能传递给学弟妹。尽管我们不是完美的教官，尽管我们也在活动中也会出现失误，但我们也像八年级的孩子们一样成长了。希望今后，我们这三天在热血三国挑战营学到的各种技巧也可以运用到未来的生活中。同样，这次的活动让我意识到了记录及摄影的重要性，十二年级我会尽自己最大的努力做好总摄影这份职位。这三天的回忆我将永远铭记于心。   

Just a few days ago， we fulfilled our G8 dream──BE AN INSTRUCTOR. At first， I was hesitant about picking my role of being either a photographer or an instructor. After having a hard decision， I decided to be the instructor because the reason I joined this Elite Instructor Organization was to lead the students， which was what our seniors did when we were in G8.   I have gained a lot during these three days. I learned instead of being knit-picky on small things， showing empathy and encouragement for students is a better way to motivate them. In addition， I learned how to be a good facilitator and how to instruct students to finish an interesting activity.   During the time of leading my class， I had used my camera to record vlogs. In the videos， I saw the growth and improvement of my class throughout the three days. In the beginning， when I interviewed my students， they were too shy to answer my questions， and they had little knowledge of cooperation. During our activities， my students started to develop the concept of teamwork. Every time when I asked them “ARE YOU CONFIDENT TO WIN?” while recording， their voices grew louder and more firmly. After the activity， when I meet them in the hallway， they would say hi and wave to me friendly. My students also told me that: “I WANT TO BE AN INSTRUCTOR IN THE FUTURE”. These words really touched me and made me believe all the efforts paid off. They made me feel accomplished， in the way that my passion and influence are passed down to the juniors.   Even though we are not perfect， even though we made mistakes， we also grew just as the G8 students. I hope that in the future， all the techniques and skills that we acquired in the Three Kingdom Challenge Camp can be applied to our daily life. What’s more， this event also made me realize the importance of being a better photographer， and I will never forget those memorable moments.
