通过这次的三国活动，我们不仅教会了学弟妹们一些技能，同时我们也收获了很多。还记得刚进班级时的紧张还有期待，可能是因为班级很多同学都不在，气氛也没有那么活跃。有几个特别调皮，爱插嘴的；但大部分都不爱讲话，问出的问题没有回应。但随着相处的时间变长，我会发现学弟妹们都有各自的优点，比如有些会比较腼腆，但是其实很有想法；有些虽然顽皮，但是很有领导力，在关键时刻会站出来帮助教官管理班级等等。在带领他们的三天里，尤其是第一次当队辅，在带班的时候也会遇到问题，所幸他们都非常听话，可以很快调整好，并且没有太多需要操心的地方。而作为这次作为带班队辅，和七年级新生成长营时的活动组，是完全不一样的体验。作为活动组，我们更多的是想办法传授知识，但当队辅时需要有足够的威严，不然班级的学生会不听话，也要很细心，及时察觉到学生遇到的状况，以及相应的解决措施。最后也非常感谢学校让我有机会成为教官，也非常感谢为活动付出的所有老师和同学。

Through this three kingdoms activity， we not only taught our students some skills， but also gained a lot. I still remember the tension and expectation when I first entered the class. It may be because many students in the class were absent and the atmosphere was not so active. There are several particularly naughty and talkative; But most of them don't like to talk and don't respond to the questions they ask. However， as time goes on， I will find that all the students have their own advantages. For example， some are shy， but they actually have ideas; Although some are naughty， they have leadership and will stand up at the critical moment to help the instructor manage the class and so on. In the three days of leading them， especially when they are team assistant for the first time， they will also encounter problems when leading the class. Fortunately， they are very obedient， can adjust quickly， and there is not much to worry about. As an assistant to the class leader， it is a completely different experience from the activity group in the seventh grade freshman growth camp. As an activity group， we are more trying to teach knowledge， but when the team is assisted， we need to have enough dignity， otherwise the students in the class will not be obedient， and we should be very careful to detect the situation encountered by the students in time and the corresponding solutions. Finally， I am very grateful to the school for giving me the opportunity to become an instructor， and to all the teachers and students who have paid for the activities.
