经历了将近一年的的教官训练加上三天的三国活动，我感慨颇多，同时也收获了很多。教官生活中每一天遇到的情况还在我脑海里回旋，它让我见到了学生最真实的一面，给我带来了意想不到的收获，教官精英活动提供了锻炼自己的好机会。  我认为我在这个活动中学到的最重要的东西是领导力。可以说教官精英活动的活动主旨就是训练我们领导他人的能力，我觉得我在这个方面确实有比较大的进步。还没有参加活动的时候，我是一个比较内向，社恐的一个人。我就是那种不太敢跟别人交流的人，一跟别人讲话就结巴，这对我造成了非常大的困扰。但是经历过教官的训练过后，我认为我已经挑战了自我，现在我可以比较正常的与别人交流。同时，我之前的脾气都非常软，不适合给予指令的角色。同样的，经过教官活动的训练，我虽然还是挺友善的，但是我也可以发出有效的指令。虽然这已经是非常大的进步，但是教官活动带给我的收获绝不止此。  再说说这次活动带给我的记忆。首先，对于任何教官而言，所有和八年级有关的第一印象就是不听话，当然这也包括我。虽然我是活动组的人，但我的任务之一就是在其他任何部门需要人手的时候立刻过去帮忙，所以基本上所有部门的工作我都做过。当然，首先我需要承认，所有的部门都是非常幸苦的，哪怕是在背后默默帮活动打点好一切的后勤组。在我的观察中，我发现基本上所有的八年级同学都在三国活动中有着很大的进步。在最后一天的额活动中，他们的进步是肉眼可见的，不只是听话，他们的行动几乎让我们所有的教官的非常的感动。大概这就是看到自己努力耕耘的种子终于成长成大树的欣慰感吧。  感谢教官活动给我带来了这么多的快乐和收获，如果有机会的话，我希望我还能有机会能接着带下一届的同学们。 

After nearly a year of instructor training and three days of Three Kingdoms activities， I feel a lot and gain a lot at the same time. The situation encountered every day in the instructor's life is still in my mind. It allows me to see the most real side of the students and brings me unexpected gains. The instructor's elite activities provide a good opportunity to exercise myself.I think the most important thing I learned in this activity is leadership. It can be said that the main purpose of the instructor elite activity is to train our ability to lead others. I think I have made great progress in this aspect. Before I took part in the activity， I was an introverted and socially fearful person. I'm the kind of person who doesn't dare to communicate with others. I stammer when I talk to others， which has caused great trouble to me. But after the instructor's training， I think I have challenged myself. Now I can communicate with others more normally. At the same time， my previous temper was very soft and not suitable for the role of giving instructions. Similarly， after the training of instructor activities， although I am still very friendly， I can also give effective instructions. Although this has been a great progress， the instructor's activities have brought me more than this.Besides， the memory of this activity. First of all， for any instructor， the first impression related to grade 8 is disobedience， including me. Although I am a member of the activity group， one of my tasks is to help any other department when it needs manpower， so I have done almost all the work of all departments. Of course， first of all， I need to admit that all departments are very lucky and hard， even the logistics team that silently helps manage all activities behind their backs. In my observation， I found that almost all eighth grade students have made great progress in the activities of the Three Kingdoms. In the activity on the last day， their progress was visible to the naked eye， not only obedient， but almost all our instructors were very moved by their actions. Perhaps this is the gratification to see that the seeds they have worked hard have finally grown into big trees.Thank the instructor for bringing me so much happiness and harvest. If I have the opportunity， I hope I can have the opportunity to take the next class of students.
