Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

这次的活动进行了三天，而我们则筹备了一年。还记得当时刚升上10年级时，招收教官的公告刚出，年级里一半的人都去报名了。大家都希望能当上教官，和当年的学长姐一样，为学弟妹们举办活动。但在通过面试的一百多人中，随着学业的加重，越来越多人离开了，最终只留下来了六十几人，并成为了2021年的教官团队。作为这团队当中的一员，我在这次的活动中体会到了很多，也学习到了不少。先从活动前的准备开始说起。这次活动，从策划到举办，都是我们整个团队一起去完成的，而大家也各取其长，有写教案的、设计关卡的、负责摄影的……我发现大家都在为了同一个目标而共同努力，我从这当中感到了团队的力量。接着，就是活动前的进班了。说实话，第一天进班之前我十分的忐忑，担心自己会不会讲错话、或是放不开等等，结果好在一切都顺利的进行了，学生们也都挺听话的。而第二次进班时我的心态就放松了许多，并且也对这群学弟妹有了更深的认识。然后，说说活动本身。因为我们是第一次以教官身份去带三国，他们也是第一次参加活动，过程中肯定会发生不少问题，但是我认为不论是教官还是学生，每个人都有从自己犯下的错误中吸取教训，并且一直不断的在进步。所以虽然有一些遗憾，但我觉得这次活动还是举办得十分成功的！从被带领到带领别人，我想说，真的不容易，作为三国第一届被学长姐带的学生，我感到很开心，也很荣幸能成为教官团队中的一员。最后，我要说说我们的802班，真的很优秀，三个小队三座城，魏国就是最棒的！！！

This event took three days， and we've been planning it for a year.I still remember that when I just rose to grade 10， the announcement of recruiting instructors just came out， and half of the people in the grade went to sign up. We all hope to be an instructor， instruct and organize events for the juniors just like our seniors before. However， as school work became heavier and heavier， more and more people left， and the remained 60 became the final lineup of 2021's instructors.As a member of this team， I discovered many and learned a lot in this activity.Start with the preparation before the event. This activity， from planning to holding， was completed by our whole team， and we all took advantage of our own strengths， including teaching plan writing， level design， photography... I found that everyone was working together for the same goal， and I felt the power of teamwork.Then， is the activity before the class. To tell you the truth， I was very worried before the first day of entering class， worried that I would say something wrong， or didn't present well， etc. Fortunately， everything went smoothly， the students are very obedient. Therefore， when the second time comes， I felt much relaxed， and also have a deeper understanding of those students.Next， it's the activity itself. It was the first time for us to lead the Three Countries Events as instructors， and it was also the first time for them to experience such events. There were certainly a lot of problems during the process， but I think everyone， both instructors and students， learned from their mistakes and keep pushing themself. So， although there are some regrettable things， I think this event is still held successfully!From being led by others become leading others， I really want to say that it is not an easy thing. As the first class of the Three Countries Event led by seniors， I feel very happy and honored to be a member of the instructor team.At last， I want to talk about my 802 class， they are really good， three teams got three cities， Wei is the best!!!
