时隔一年，曾经担任过教官的我又重返活动。跟去年不同的是，今年我需要更多的去辅助11年级教官们而不是参与进活动带着学弟妹一起享受这三天。角色的不同让我有些担心，我怕自己没办法做好一个总教官带领好其他教官，但后来我发现只有我能总结经验帮他们改进，这也导致我决定全力以赴这最后一次的大型活动。对于另外一个更特别的点是自己今年是当一名后勤。这是我第一次当后勤，以前一直觉得后勤很好玩，但当自己真的成为了后勤之后才发现后勤真的是很辛苦。突然之间很佩服那些在各个精英活动中担任后勤的老师们。这次活动过后，教官们都脱胎换骨，获得了崭新的成长。不过学到新东西的人不仅是他们，还有我们总教官们。虽然我们有很多的经验，但是还是难免出现疏漏和错误。我相信，有了总教官的经历，在未来的人生中，多出的不仅仅是一段难忘的回忆，更多的是收益一生的成长。康桥以学生为中心开展的各项活动，给了我们很多的机会去展现自己。在我们经历了学长姐教官们的带领后，作为学长姐再去指引下一任教官们，这就是一种“康桥精神”的传承。愿在充满光明的未来，有更多的活动能加入学长姐带领学弟妹一起体验的原素，将这种康桥精神，永远传承下去！

After a year， I returned to the event after having been an instructor. Unlike last year， this year I needed to be more involved in supporting the 11th grade instructors rather than taking part in the event and enjoying the three days with the younger students. I was afraid that I would not be able to be a good chief instructor and lead the other instructors well， but then I realized that I was the only one who could learn from my experience and help them improve， which led to my decision to go all out for this last big event. Another more special point is that I am a logistician this year. This is my first time to be a logistician. I used to think that logistician is fun， but after I became a logistician， I realized that logistician is really hard. Suddenly， I admired the teachers who served as logisticians in various elite activities. After this event， the instructors were transformed and grew in a new way. But it was not only them who learned something new， but also our Chief Instructors. Although we have a lot of experience， we are still inevitably making oversights and mistakes. I believe that with the experience of the Chief Instructors， there will be more than just an unforgettable memory in the future， but also a lifetime of growth. The student-centered activities of Kangqiao gave us a lot of opportunities to show ourselves. After we have experienced the leadership of the senior instructors， we will guide the next instructors as seniors， which is a kind of "Kangqiao spirit". We hope that in the bright future， there will be more activities that will include the element of the seniors leading the younger students to experience together， so that this spirit of Kangqiao can be passed on forever!
