这次已经是我的第四次教官之旅了，而且，这也是我最后一次担任教官了。教官这个身份给我带来了许多荣誉，同样也带来了许多压力和困难。在每次活动前，我都怀着忐忑的心情。我害怕自己做的不够好，害怕自己犯错。因为我认为教官这个身份不仅是一种荣誉，更是一份责任。所以在我们穿上教官服，带上我们自己的名牌时，我们就要承担起这份责任。在活动中，我们是引导者，带领学弟妹们完成一项项挑战和活动；我们是辅导员，关心和照顾学员们；我们是知心朋友，排解学弟们的忧虑和困惑。面对这样一个身份和责任，我不敢疏忽。从上个学期开始，我们就开始准备了。去年12月份的教官面试；今年5月的教官训练营；9月份第一次的正式教官活动；刚刚结束的三国活动；这一次次的活动中，都有我们教官的身影。我们不断练习和准备，只为了在活动那三天给学弟们带来一份难忘的经历。感谢所有老师和教官们的努力，同学们的配合，家长们的支持。我们顺利并成功的完成了一次又一次的活动。这对于我来说是一份经历，也是一个成长的机会。我即将毕业，去到大学。我很庆幸，在我高中时，我经历了这样的一次历练。因为它锻炼了我的各项自主能力。这是学校为我们提供的带得走的能力！
This is my fourth trip as an instructor， and again， it is my last as an instructor. The identity of an instructor has brought me a lot of honor， but also a lot of pressure and difficulties. Before each activity， I was always apprehensive. I was afraid that I would not do well enough and that I would make mistakes. Because I think the status of instructor is not only an honor， but also a responsibility. So when we put on the instructor's uniform and bring our own name tag， we have to take up this responsibility. In the activities， we are the guide， leading the students to complete a challenge and activity; we are the counselor， caring and taking care of the students; we are the friend， solving the worries and confusion of the students. Facing such a status and responsibility， I dare not be negligent. Since last semester， all of us instructors have been preparing. The instructor interview in December last year; the instructor training camp in May this year; the first official instructor activity in September; and the just-concluded Three Kingdoms activity; all of these activities have been attended by our instructors. We kept practicing and preparing just to give our students an unforgettable experience during the three days of the event. Thanks to the efforts of all the teachers and instructors， the cooperation of the students， and the support of the parents. We successfully completed one event after another. This is an experience and an opportunity for me to grow. I am about to graduate and go to college. I am glad that I experienced such an experience when I was in high school. Because it has honed all my independent skills. This is the ability that school provides us with to take away!
