这是我第二次尝试当教官了。这次我要面对的是八年级的同学。七年级到八年级虽然只有一岁的成长,但我感受到他们明显更加有主见,有想法,也更有自己的个性。而我也要拿出一个不同的交流方式。在经历了一整天的疲倦后,很多同学都已经体现出了逆反心理。有一些同学已经不愿意继续配合。我在单独私下和一位同学聊了天,我发现他们相比老师那种命令的语气,更加能接受像朋友或者学长一样谈心的和叮嘱的语气。我想到这可能也是为什么会让我们十一年级的学长学姐来带领他们做这个活动的意义吧。因为我们对他们来说不仅仅是教官,更是学长学姐。我们更加能懂得他们心中所想,更能找到一个相处的平衡点。通过这个活动,我对于沟通交流方面有了更深层次的理解。
This is my second attempt at becoming a drillmaster. This time I have to face the eighth grade students. From grade 7 to grade 8, although they are only one year old, I feel that they are obviously more independent, have ideas, and have their own personality. And I have to come up with a different way of communicating. After being tired all day, many students have shown their rebellious mentality. Some students have been unwilling to continue to cooperate. I chatted with one of my classmates in private, and I found that they were more receptive to talking and telling like friends or seniors than the commanding tone of teachers. I think that's probably why we asked our 11th grade seniors, senior, to lead them in this activity. Because we are not only instructors for them, but also senior students. We are better able to understand what is on their mind and find a balance. Through this activity, I have a deeper understanding of communication.
