在这次康桥组办的热血三国挑战训练营中， 我担任了教官这一职责，我感到很荣幸，同时，我带的班是802班，他们都是一群很可爱又活泼的小孩子。但与此同时，我又发现，他们是一群处于刚开始叛逆以及有自己独立思想的孩子们，他们是在一个觉得自己很懂但其实不懂的状态。在我的观察下，我发现我们班的小朋友缺少了一个班级很重要的东西，那就是团魂，他们每个人都有自己独立的思想，但与此同时，他们又缺少了一个能带领他们做活动，或者成为他们大脑的人。在团队中，一但缺少了这样的人，他们将变为一团散沙，每个人都会无所事事，导致团队活动效率不佳。 他们班的班长是属于那种自己成绩不错但内心自悲，无法引领团队的人。在团队活动中她也很少出谋划策，并且把每次的失败都挂在自己头上 "是因为我太废物了他们才会输，如果没有我他们就能赢“这是她的观点。因此我当教官时辅助802班暂时的找到了他们精神领袖，那个同学虽然不是成绩最好的，但她是班级里至少能带领整个团队行动起来的人。我认为这次的热血三国活动，我们教官是类似于辅助孩子成长的人物。

Although she was not the best student, she was the one who could at least lead the whole team into action.In my opinion, our drillmaster is similar to the figure who helps children grow up in this hot-blooded three Kingdoms activity.
