这是我第二次参加热血三国，但是与之前不同的是，在这一次我们是作为教官去带领着学弟妹们。身份不同，职责自然也不同。在正式活动开始前，我们所有教官和老师们都为此付出了许多时间和精力。活动教案的一笔笔撰写，关卡的一次次验收，舞蹈的一遍遍练习。还记得在晚上所有学生都回宿舍休息了，我们所有教官和老师都还留在会议室和软垫教室，不断的在为之后的正式活动做好充足的准备。这个过程可能真的会很辛苦，但是我们所有人都没有抱怨过，放弃过，每个人都跳出了自己的舒适圈，都在为之努力着。从第一次进班认识学生们开始，一直到正式活动中，虽然这个过程并不是一帆风顺的，我们有遇到过挫折困难，可能有时候也会对学弟妹们很严格，讲话很大声。但是我们的目的都是成为学弟妹们的榜样，一起将康桥的菁英课程传承下去。也很感谢学弟妹们的一次次配合，共同将这个活动最后圆满完成。当最后一天结业式上，我们所有教官们站在台上敬礼时，看着台下所有学弟妹们灿烂的笑脸对着我们，向我们鼓掌和感谢。那一刻我的脑海中又浮现出了第一次见到他们样子。看到他们的成长，突然觉得这一切的辛苦都是值得的。也很感激学校给了我们这次成为教官的机会，让我们在从中也收获满满。

This is the second time that I have participated in The Three Kingdoms Challenge Camp, but what is different is that this time we led the younger brothers and sisters as instructors. Responsibilities are naturally different for different identities. All of our instructors and teachers put in a lot of time and effort before the formal activities began. Activity teaching plan writing, level acceptance, dance over and over again practice. I still remember that in the evening all the students went back to the dormitory for a rest. But, all of our instructors and teachers still stayed in the conference room and the padded classroom, constantly making adequate preparations for the formal activities after. The process can be really hard, but none of us ever complains or gives up. Everyone gets out of their comfort zone and works hard for it. From the first time we got to know the students in the class to the formal activities, although the process was not smooth, we had encountered setbacks and difficulties, and sometimes we might be strict with our younger siblings and speak loudly. However, our aim is to be a role model for our younger brothers and sisters to pass on the elite curriculum of Cambridge together. Thank you very much for your cooperation again and again to complete this activity together. When the last day on the completion of the style, all of our instructors standing on the stage salute, looking at the audience of all the students of the younger brothers and sisters smiling faces to us, to our applause and thanks. At that moment my mind flashed back to seeing them for the first time. Seeing them grow, I suddenly feel that all the hard work is worth it. I am also very grateful to the school for giving us this opportunity to become a drillmaster, so that we can gain a lot from it.
