这次热血三国挑战营使我学会了跳舞。我十年没有跳过正经的舞蹈了。它再一次让我体验了劳动的快乐。搬东西非常快乐，可能后勤是更加适合我的岗位。它使我能更加融洽地与同学朋友相处。我比较内向，让我和人交流其实是挺让人抓狂的，而且我很少有动力能让我有去与其他人进行了解和交流。这个活动也再一次激发了我对于人际关系的思考。究竟是认识的人多好还是少而精好呢。似乎认识很多人也并不能让我有很多实质性地收获呢。它让我能够更好地主持一些事情，例如判断胜负时同时关心心情变化。它使我更加了解了不同文化，教育背景的人为人处世的方式的不同。IB部看似孤僻的现象有其内在原因。认识了学弟妹跟他们玩很开心，与大家一起工作很满足，但是想到我的期中考试就感到发冷，呼吸停止。这是我平淡枯燥生活的一剂很好的调味料，加入了一些激情和随机性，同时也收获了一些情感波动，从期待，烦躁，不耐烦，再到接受。现在活动结束了，可以投入进学习了，可能以后再没有这种机会了。康桥想推动大带小，强带弱的主题已经在方方面面体现出来了，包括各种精英活动和最新的学术校队等。这是好的，希望能够顺利推行并起到正向的效果。

I learned how to dance in this Three Kindom activity. I haven't dance for ten years. It let me experienced the sense of accomplishment in working. I enjoyed transporting very much; probably rear services was a better job for me. In the activity I also learned how to better get along with friends, teachers and junior fellows. I was little introverted, which puts lots of pressure on me when it came to communication. Also, I felt not motivated to try and talk and communicate with others. In the activity, it triggered me to consider about interperson relationship again: whether getting acquainted with many people is better or just maintaining few but very close friends is better. In this activity, I learned how to better manage things, like holding an event or a competition fairly. I also learned about the influences of cultural and educational background on the behavior of individuals and groups. There is a reason for why IB students seems can't easily get along with other students. I enjoyed this activity with junior fellows and working with staffs, but whenever I think of the upcoming midterm just after the activity, my breath got hard and my body got cold. Anyway, this activity is a very nice condiment of my boring life, adding some passion and randomness. Meanwhile, I experienced some emotiaonl changes, from unhappy to...... well, ok. Now the activity is ended and I am back to normal study schedule. I may not have this kind of experience in the future, in my high school years, which is kind of sad. It is obvious that KangChiao want to promote inter-grades communication, like this activity and 7th grader's camp. That is great, and hopefully it will work in the future, to improve KC to a good school.
