热血三国挑战营这个活动持续了三天两夜，在这个活动之后，我感觉我们数多次花费在练习上的时间都是值得的。当我们全体教官笔直的站在领奖台的上的台阶上听到学弟妹给我们的鼓励和鼓掌的时候，感觉自己做的一切都是有意义的。我们在这个活动中教会了他们很多，在这同时自己也成长了许多。特别是在做平面活动时，我们组所带领的活动时信心起立。这个活动教会了我什么叫体谅他人。这个活动挺起来像一个极其考验团队合作的活动，这确实是对的，但对我来说，看到的更多的是每个人对他人的关心和包容。有些人体格比较小，有些人体格和力气比较大，这些都是要被考虑到这个活动中的。虽然会有一定的冲突发生，但解决后的结果是很好的。在最后一天关键的三国城的活动中也运用了了包容他人的方法去懂得他人的努力和坚持。输了永远不是问题，输了后再继续坚持的样子才是最好的。这个活动虽然真的很累，但真的十分的有意义，我永远都会有这样一段美好的回忆。

The Three Kingdoms challenge camp lasted three days and two nights. After this activity, I felt that the time we spent on practice was worth it. When all of our instructors stood on the steps of the podium and heard the encouragement and applause from our students, we felt that everything we had done was meaningful. We have taught them a lot in this activity, and at the same time we have grown up a lot. Especially in the plane activities, our group led the activities of confidence. This activity taught me what it means to be considerate. This activity sounds like an extremely test of teamwork, which is true, but for me, what I see is more concern and tolerance of everyone for others. Some of them are small, others are bigger. All these should be considered in this activity. Although there will be some conflicts, the result after settlement is very good. On the last day, the key activities of the Three Kingdoms city also used the method of tolerance to understand the efforts and persistence of others. It's never a problem to lose. It's the best to keep going after losing. Although this activity is really tired, it is really meaningful. I will always have such a beautiful memory.
