这次活动总的来说是非常成功，虽然在活动期间大家都很累，既要晚上开会然后很晚睡觉，而且还要比学员早起，平均每天睡觉5个小时，但即使是这样每个人都拼尽全力，把最好的的状态展现给自己的学员，从十年级开始选拔，到现在活动正式结束，途径几个月的训练，准备与练舞，为的就是刚过去的三天，这三天真的不长，最印象深刻的就是我们整个教官团队用整整两个月的时间准备一场5分钟的表演，一开始的时候我们所有的人都是抵触或者认为这是做不到的，就连总教官和领导都开始说到没有舞蹈基础能做对和跟得上两个月太难，但谁又能想到就是这么一群活力四射而且没有任何舞蹈经验的教官最终收获了所有人的掌声，这个活动真正演绎了一场台上十分钟台下十年功。带班很累，但是看到学生们拿到好的民次我们也真的为他们感到交易，他们每一个人都是优秀的！这次的精英活动算是一场特别的活动，从一开始的学员转变成教官我们每一个人都是惶恐的，我们是一群有力气但是没经验的小白，我们只能靠我们的努力让我们的学员变得更好。虽然我们没有足够的优秀，但是我们的努力最终还是没有白费。

It's tiring to lead the class, but we really feel the trade for the students when we see them get good grades. Every one of them is excellent!
