时隔一年,曾经担任过教官的我又重返活动上任总教官。跟去年不同的是,今年我需要更多的去辅助11年级教官们而不是参与进活动带着学弟妹一起享受这三天。角色的不同让我有些担心,我怕自己没办法做好一个总教官带领好其他教官,但后来我发现只有我能总结经验帮他们改进,这也导致我决定全力以赴这最后一次的大型活动。总教官并不是想象中的那么好当,我必须要熟悉所有的流程,主要到所有的细节,提前想好备用方案,及时的做细节更改,处理11年级教官们没办法解决的事情。总教官这个角色卡在老师跟学生中间,需要大量的结合以往的经验跟运用现有的资源。所有教官的努力跟艰辛我都看在眼里,经过成长营的活动,所有人多多少少都有新的进步跟突破。相信所有人在活动中得到的不仅仅是跟8年级学弟妹的羁绊,更多的还有扩大舒适圈及沟通能力的加强。

After a year, I once served as an instructor and returned to the activity as chief instructor. The difference from last year is that this year I need more to assist the 11th grade instructors instead of participating in activities to enjoy these three days with my younger siblings. The different roles made me a little worried. I was afraid that I would not be able to be a chief instructor to lead the other instructors, but then I found that only I could sum up experience and help them. The chief instructor is not as good as I imagined. I have to be familiar with all the processes, mainly all the details, plan the backup plan in advance, make detailed changes in time, and deal with the problems that the 11th-grade instructors cannot solve. The role of the chief instructor is stuck between teachers and students and requires a lot of combining past experience and using existing resources. I can see the hard work and hardship of all instructors. After the activities of the growth camp, everyone has made new progress and breakthroughs.
