这次参加热血三国的活动让我感触很深，也成长了许多。我学会了很多事情，不管是人际方面，活动组织方面，还是处理事情方面，都让我在这个精英活动中快速成长，成为了更好的我。在带领学弟妹的时候，要随时处理突发状况，随机应变。在当关主的时候，要为学生着想，想着怎么样他们更愿意配合，更愿意融入。在与同年级教官一起面对挑战时，要团结一心，共同进退。这些都是这个三国课程教会我的东西，也是与我同行的教官以及老师们教会我的事情。还记得第一次进班的时候，我真的很紧张，不知道要以温柔的方式还是严厉的方式与学弟妹们沟通。怕太温柔，他们不会把我当一回事，会非常吵闹。但又怕太严厉，他们不会跟着我一起做律动，喊口号，唱歌。这些都是需要我一一考虑的问题，我也非常认真对待。后来，我发现他们其实都很配合我，也很愿意参与活动，甚至在为嗓子都要喊破的时候帮我集合，整队，还给我塞喉糖。这些点点滴滴我都会记住，铭记在心，这个活动对我来说是今年很有意义的一件事情，也让我重新找回自己。所以，真的很感谢这个活动，很感谢各位同行的教官，和筹划和参与的老师们。

I was deeply touched by participating in the Three Kingdoms activity, which made me improved a lot. I have learned a lot of things, whether it is interpersonal, event organization, or handling of things. These all have allowed me to grow rapidly in this elite activity and become a better me. When leading the younger brothers and sisters, we must deal with emergencies at any time and respond quickly. When I was in charge of a game for collaboration, I should think about the students, think about how they are more willing to cooperate, and be more willing to participate. When facing challenges with the instructors of the same grade, we must unite and advance together. These are the things that the Three Kingdoms course taught me, as well as the things that the instructors and teachers who accompanied me taught me. I still remember when I first entered the class, I was really nervous. I didn't know how should I behave, in a gentle or harsh way. I was afraid that if I was too gentle, they will not take me seriously and disobey me. However, I'm afraid if I’m too harsh, they won’t be willing to participate and even hate this activity. These were all issues that I need to consider one by one, and I take them very seriously. Later, I found that they were actually very cooperative and were willing to participate in activities. They helped me assemble when I was screaming for my voice, and organized the team. They even gave me throat lozenges, which was very sweet. I will remember all these bits and pieces in my heart. This event is a very meaningful event for me this year. Therefore, I am really grateful to this event, to all the fellow instructors, and the teachers who planned and participated in it.
