在这次热血三国中作为教官的我，不仅教会了学弟妹一些技能，同样的他们也让我学到了很多。三天的活动时间很短，但却发生了很多让人感动过的事情。活动过程中我们班一些孩子不止一遍对着我和索隆教官说辛苦了，也会积极的配合我们。学生们每次听到我们的指令都会一遍重复一遍带领提醒大家。我想说的是其实他们也很辛苦，也谢谢他们愿意包容也许有的时候没办法做的很好的我们。活动开始前我还很害怕，害怕这些八年级已经有自己想法的同学不会配合我们，但是他们真的很棒，做的很好。站在教官的视角我清楚的看到了我们班成长了很多，也看着我们班的小朋友比之前更有凝聚力。这让我很感动也很欣慰，同时也是满满的成就感。其实这次活动不仅让八年级的小朋友们成长了很多，对于我们教官来说，也成长了很多。在这一次活动中我们会比带七年级小朋友更加有经验。这一次活动中我认为我的解决问题能力有被很好的锻炼，作为教官很容易遇到突发的状况，而这时候就需要我们的解决问题能力了。在遇到突然发生的问题是我不会像以前一样凌乱，我会很冷静的选择合适的解决方法。感谢三国教官这次活动让我遇到了可爱的小朋友，和教官团的大家。

As an instructor in the Three Kingdoms, I not only taught those children some skills, but they also taught me a lot. The three-day event was very short, but a lot of moving things happened. During the activity, some children in our class told me and instructor Sauron that we had worked hard, and they would actively cooperate with us.Every time the students hear our instructions, they will lead and remind everyone over and over again. What I want to say is that they are also very hard, and thank them for their willingness to tolerate us who may not be able to do well sometimes. Before the activity started, I was still very scared. I was afraid that these eighth grade students who had their own ideas would not cooperate with us, but they were really good and did a good job. From the perspective of the instructor, I clearly see that our class has grown a lot, and that the children in our class are more cohesive than before. This makes me very touched and gratified, and it is also full of sense of accomplishment. In fact, this activity not only made the eighth grade children grow a lot, but also for our instructors. In this activity, we will be more experienced than bringing seventh grade children. In this activity, I think my problem-solving ability has been well exercised. As an instructor, it is easy to encounter unexpected situations, and at this time we need our problem-solving ability. When encountering a sudden problem, I will not be as messy as before, and I will calmly choose a suitable solution. Thanks to the instructors of the Three Kingdoms for allowing me to meet lovely children and everyone in the instructor team.
