我很荣幸我可以成康桥、三国挑战营的一名教官。在活动开始前，我也会烦恼课业太多，会议太浪费时间，学生会不会不喜欢我等等。但等到进班后我发现，这些同学们并不是我想象的那样，他们真的很配合我们教官的工作。活动开始后，我们所有教官都尽心尽力的服务学生，管理学生。活动开始的第一天，我没有带班，而是去了武将单挑一担当关卡主，我负责的关卡是晚会彩排，但当我带完关卡回到班级时，我发现，我的队友嗓音已经沙哑了。顿时我就开始慌了，带班很困难吗？第二天，我发现事情真的像我想象的那样，有点难。甚至，有同学因为某些原因，突然离开队伍，不去了踪影。从学生离队的事情，我可以总结出，有些学生，不是光靠吼就可以让他服从团队命令的，而是要用另一种方式，心平气和的与他交流。在第二天的活动中，我发现，我的学生们真的很可爱，小队长们也很配合我的工作，甚至嗓子也都喊哑了。当时我是心疼的。转眼间，就到了活动的第三天，我们去到了无锡三国影视基地。已经是第三天了，我与学生们已经有了一定的默契，所以他们真的很配合，活动很快并且很顺利的完成了。转眼间，就到了结业仪式，当我们在音乐厅击掌说再见时，我是不舍的，真的很不舍我的那群可爱的孩子们。

I am honored that I can become an instructor in Cambridge and Three Kingdoms Challenge Camp. Before the activity starts, I will also worry about too much schoolwork, too much time for meetings, will students dislike me, etc. But when I entered the class, I found out that these classmates were not what I thought they were. They really cooperated with the work of our instructors. After the activity started, all our instructors worked hard to serve and manage students. On the first day of the event, I did not lead the class. Instead, I went to the military commander to single out and act as the level master. The level I was responsible for was the rehearsal of the evening party, but when I returned to the class after taking the level, I found that my teammate’s voice was already Husky. Suddenly I started to panic. Is it difficult to lead the class? The next day, I found that things were really as difficult as I thought. Some students even suddenly left the team for some reason and disappeared.  From the student's departure from the team, I can conclude that some students do not simply yell to make him obey the team's orders, but use another method to communicate with him calmly. In the activities on the second day, I found that my students were really cute, and the team leaders were very cooperative with my work, and even their voices became hoarse.  I was distressed at the time. In a blink of an eye, on the third day of the event, we went to Wuxi Sanguo Film and Television Base.  It's already the third day, and I have a tacit understanding with the students, so they really cooperated, and the activity was completed quickly and smoothly. In a blink of an eye, it was the closing ceremony. When we said goodbye by high-fiving in the concert hall, I was reluctant to give up, really reluctant to give up my lovely children.
