这次的三国已经是我第二次参加三国教官的菁英活动了，但是却是我第一次以总教官的身份参加活动。总教官的任务并没有我想像中的那么轻松。我曾一度认为作为总教官不需要多么的辛苦，可是从我当上总教官的那一刻起，我就意识到我有多么的天真。其实总教官是最辛苦的角色，因为我们不仅需要清楚活动的所有进程，还要兼顾我们国家的教官和学员。我们需要考虑到所有教官们没有想到的细节，同时穿梭于各个单位之间帮忙以确保所有步骤都环环相扣。因为我们总教官有过作为三国教官的经验，所有可以注意到更多的细节，能力越大，责任越大。我相信今年的教官在经过培养之后一定可以做的更好，因为他们比起我们经历了更多的历练。这次活动过后，教官们都脱胎换骨，获得了崭新的成长。不过学到新东西的人不仅是他们，还有我们总教官们。虽然我们有很多的经验，但是还是难免出现疏漏和错误。我相信，有了总教官的经历，在未来的人生中，多出的不仅仅是一段难忘的回忆，更多的是收益一生的成长。

This is the second time becoming an instructor in Three Kingdom Elite Course, but this time, I attend the activity as a chief instructor. The task of the chief instructor is not as easy as I imagined. I used to think that being a chief instructor won’t be too tired, but from the moment I become the chief instructor, I realize how naive I am. In fact, the chief instructor is the most difficult role, because we not only need to know all the progress of the activity, but also take care of the instructors and students in our kingdom. We need to consider all the details that the instructors don’t think of. At the same time, we shuttle between each unit to help ensure that all steps are linked. Because we chief instructors have experience as instructors of the Three Kingdoms, so we can pay attention to more details. The greater the ability, the greater the responsibility. I believe that instructors in this year can do better after being trained, because they have experienced more than we had before. After the Elite Course, the instructors have all achieved brand-new growth. However, it is not only them, but also we chief instructors have learned new things. Although we have a lot of experience, omissions and errors are inevitable. I believe that with the experience of the chief instructor, there will be more than just an unforgettable memory, but more of a lifetime growth in the future.
