在这三天的活动中，虽然说很累但是收获满满。三天的活动时间很短，但是我们的筹备时间长达两三个月，我们努力把每一个细节都考虑到为的就是减少正式活动的失误。活动开始前我们可能会恐慌担心八年级的同学不配合我们，但是活动过程中同学们的表现一次又一次的感动着我。小队长会帮你传达口号，每次需要点名的时候小队长会积极的帮你点名，给我们减轻了很大的负担。晚上看到我穿着短袖，主动拿外套给我穿上，真的让我感觉心头一暖觉得自己付出的努力都是值得的。这次活动最重要的就是希望他们学到一些带得走的能力，看着他们的成长，我觉得这次活动我们成功了。不仅八年级的同学有成长，我们也有很大的成长，我们知道了如何更好的融入进教官的角色，不仅让同学们喜欢我们也可以让同学们听我们的管控。在最后我想说谢谢所有老师同学和教官的付出，让这次活动圆满结束。这段旅程将会成为我记忆中最宝贵的一段回忆。

In these three days of activities, although I was very tired, I was rewarded a lot. The three-day event time is very short, but our preparation time is as long as two or three months. We strive to take every detail into consideration in order to reduce errors in formal events. Before the activity started, we might panic and worry that the eighth grade students would not cooperate with us, but the performance of the students during the activity moved me again and again. The team leader will help you convey the slogan, and every time you need a roll call, the team leader will actively help you roll the call, which relieves us of a great burden. Seeing me wearing short sleeves at night, and taking the initiative to wear a jacket for me, it really makes me feel warm and feel that the hard work I put in is worth it. The most important thing about this event is to hope that they can learn some abilities that they can take away. Looking at their growth, I think we have succeeded in this event. Not only the eighth grade students have grown up, we also have a great growth. We know how to better integrate into the role of the instructor, not only let the students like us, but also let the students listen to our control.  In the end, I would like to say thank you to all teachers, classmates and instructors for their dedication to make this event a successful conclusion. This journey will become the most precious memory in my memory.
