Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

这是我当康桥热血三国教官的第二年，也是我在康桥的最后一年。回想去年接到带领西安校区的八年级同学们的任务时，我心情非常忐忑，因为无法像正常情况一样面对面的教学沟通，我们只能采用视频形式。为此，直到活动日开始以前，我们之间的默契都没有培养到位。经过不断的磨合，最终我们班所在的吴国夺得了天下霸业。有了第一次的经验后，今年以总教官的身份带领了包含合肥校区的吴国学员们，又一次夺得了天下霸业。在这三天里，总结去年的经验，综合今年的新规，我慢慢让自己代入并强化总教官的身份。很多时候我会因为疏忽忘记很多事情，但是比起以往的不努力，这一次我尽力地去改正。看着今年十一年级的教官们，我仿佛看到了去年我们的影子，但比起去年的我，他们做的好太多太多。康桥以学生为中心开展的各项活动，给了我们很多的机会去展现自己。在我们经历了学长姐教官们的带领后，作为学长姐再去指引下一任教官们，这就是一种“康桥精神”的传承。愿在充满光明的未来，有更多的活动能加入学长姐带领学弟妹一起体验的原素，将这种康桥精神，永远传承下去！

This is my second year as an instructor of the Three Kingdoms activity in Kang Chiao, and it is also my last year in Kang Chiao. Recalling last year when I received the task of leading the Grade 8 students in the Xi’an campus, I was very nervous, because I couldn’t communicate with them face-to-face like normal teaching, therefore we could only use facetime. For this reason, the tacit understanding between us was not cultivated until the start of the event day. After constant running-in, Wu Guo, where our class is located, won the hegemony. After having the first experience, this year, as the chief instructor who led all the Wu Guo students, including the Hefei campus, finally once again won the hegemony. In these three days, by summing up last year’s experience and integrating this year’s new regulations, I slowly pushed myself to substitute and strengthen the identity of the chief instructor. Many times I would forget many things because of negligence, but compared to not working hard in the past, this time I tried my best to correct it. Looking at the instructors in the eleventh grade this year, I seem to see our shadow last year, but compared to me last year, they did a lot better. Cambridge’s student-centered activities have given us many opportunities to show ourselves. After we have experienced the leadership of the senior instructors, as the senior sister, we will guide the next instructors. This is the inheritance of the "Kangqiao Spirit". I hope that in the bright future, there will be more activities to join the element that the senior elder sister leads the younger siblings to experience together, and this Kang Chiao spirit will be passed on forever!
