时间一秒一分的过去，这三天的时间对我们来说很漫长，却又眨眼便逝。活动开始前，我的内心是惶恐的，紧张、不安，却又带着一丝期待和激动，复杂的情绪搅和在了一起。但是当那一刻真的来临，一切都在瞬间消失了，脑海里只剩下一个想法，我是个教官，现在是。 一些没参加的同学问起，累嘛？累啊，确实累，连续两天睡四个小时，怎么可能不累呢，但值得吗？值得。
这三天里，我们带着他们学习，玩耍，挑战关卡，打成一片， 从第一天的武将单挑一，舞林大会，到第二天的小铁人，团队协作，再到第三天的攻城略地，时而是个孩子王，时而却又严厉无比，我们之间的关系也越来越紧密。给我印象最深的还是我们班的一位小队长，活动开始前，他顽皮捣蛋，也不愿意服从指挥，可随着活动一天天的过去，他开始改变了，开始主动参与，开始带着小队积极向前，而我们，见证着这一切。

我们常说，成长是一个日积月累的过程，不是一蹴而就的，但就在这短短三天里，我见证了无数的成长，他们开始展翅，开始向空中翱翔，这种感觉十分难得，无以言表。我想，我依旧会无数次怀念这段成长的光阴故事，这段无法复制无法重来的美好日程。
