比起七年级的新生训练营，八年级热血三国更能体验到“教官”这两个字背后真正的含义。热血三国挑战营不仅需要教官带动班级气氛、教方回结、用自己的魅力打动学生们，还需要管理他们的作息。第一天晚上住帐篷，真的是我难以想象的乱，担心他们走丢走错指定的卫生间，于是我和另外一个带班教官一人在卫生间一人在帐篷点名；担心他们被子盖不好着凉，于是早上我带着30片暖宝宝叫我们班学生起床。就是这样，我记住了大部分学生的名字。比起带七年级的凶与骂，我多加了一份温柔，提醒他们系鞋带、关心生活上的问题，但是很内疚的是没有在进班的时候对他们更加关心一点、更注意细节一点、多给他们一些鼓励而不是责骂。三年前，我也是一位8年级参加热血三国挑战营的学生，带着班级拿了舞林大会第一名。三年后，我成为了索隆教官，希望现在的八年级可以在三年后完成这个轮回，把那些我没能够带来的关心和温柔带给更多的学弟妹们！

Compared with the Freshman Training Camp of the seventh grade, the eighth grade Three Kingdoms Camp let me experienced the true meaning of the word "instructor". The Three Kingdoms Camp not only needs us to drive the atmosphere of the class, and to impress the students with our own charm, but also to manage their work and rest. Living in a tent on the first night was really unimaginable chaos. I was worried that they would get lost in the bathroom, so me and another instructor divided our jobs.I was worried that they would be sick in the morning, so I took 30 warm babies when I woke up the students in our class. That's it, I remember most of the students' names. Compared with the activity held in seventh grade, I added a bit of gentleness, such as reminding them to tie their shoes and caring about their life issues, but I am very guilty of not caring more about them, paying more attention to details when entering class, and giving them more encouragement instead of scolding. Three years ago, I was also an 8th grade student who participated in the Three Kingdoms Camp, and took the first place in the Dance Competition with my class. Three years later, I became an instructor. I hope that the current eighth grade can complete this cycle in three years, and bring the care and tenderness that I have not been able to bring to more students!
