对于这次热血三国，和带领七年级新生训练不同，我们带着的是更充足的准备，更激动的心情。亲身体验完全参与三国，是3年前的事，当我真正去带领学生参加三国，又是一种完全不同的体验，从第一次进班的不配合，到真心实意的欢呼律动，一切一切真的付出了太多，不仅是学生在成长，我们也同样在成长。在两个月的时间里，我变得更加愿意去展示自己，说出自己的想法，做事前会去思考我到底该不该做，会给自己和别人带来什么影响，“有错就要认，挨打要立正”，从组长口中的“幼幼台主持人”变成通过验收的关主。真的，这次三国有无数感动到的点，比起七年级的学生，八年级更有主见，但是在需要时，他们会更懂得理解我们的感受，能受到学生们的喜欢，得到他们的欢呼和掌声，真的是我非常荣幸的一件事情。教官的生活可能要告一段落了，晚自习也不会充满繁忙的开会，但我真的会非常想念这两个月，想念和大家共同工作努力的时间，这是一次特殊的11年级菁英课程，也感谢师长，学长姐，在这次活动比我们付出了更多的心血。

Compared with the students in the seventh grade, the eighth grade is more assertive, but when needed, they will understand our feelings better, can be liked by the students, and get theirs. Cheers and applause, it is really a great honor for me. The life of an instructor may come to an end. Evening self-study will not be full of busy meetings, but I will really miss these two months and the time spent working hard with everyone. This is a special 11th grade elite course. , I am also grateful to the teacher, senior sister, for putting more effort into this event than we did.
