此次的热血三国营,是我第二次当教官。对我自身的成长是巨大的,尤其是如何做一名合格的教官。以前我带队可能考虑的更多的是如何带领团队获得最终的胜利,如何让大家快乐。但是我发现,我应该变得更加中立,不能有着个人的偏见,对待每一位同学都是有着同样的要求,无论他或者她是否在我的阵营。我们教官该做的事情是去指引同学成长,而不是拉扯、强迫同学成长。这一点体现在这个活动的方方面面。当我去迫使一个不听话的同学去参加活动,他是会有反抗情绪的,无论最终参加与否,这对他本身是没有任何成长的。还有特别重要的一点,我发现当作为一名教官或者老师的时候,我们要去学会与小队中的队长,班长默契合作。利用他们的双手去指挥,对其余学员来说,这样不仅更有亲和力,说服力,还能为作为长官的我们节省下不少的时间与精力。如果下次是要管理多人,我们就应该如此。最后一点,从教官的角度来看,如果我们要树立在学员前的威信,和引得他们的喜爱,我们应该去严格遵守一个自己所倡导的原则,贯穿于整一个活动。找出自己特色,利用此特色去积极地与学员们互动,可能会得到意想不到的效果。能为他们留下更深刻的印象。

This is the second time I have been an instructor in the three-nation camp. My own growth is huge, especially how to be a qualified instructor. Before I led the team, I might think more about how to lead the team to the final victory and how to make everyone happy. But I found that I should become more neutral, not have personal prejudices, and treat every classmate with the same requirements, whether he or she is in my camp or not. What we instructors should do is to guide the growth of classmates, instead of forcing them to grow. When I force a disobedient classmate to participate in an activity, he will have a rebellious mood. Whether he participates in the end or not, it will not grow him. In addition, I found that when we are an instructor, we have to learn to cooperate with the team leader and class leader. Let them command. For other students, this will not only be more friendly and persuasive but also save efforts. If we want to manage multiple people next time, we should be like this. Finally, from the instructor's point of view, if we want to establish prestige in front of students and attract their love, we should strictly abide by a principle advocated by ourselves and run through the entire activity. Find out your own characteristics, use this characteristic to actively interact with the students, you may get unexpected results. Can leave a deeper impression on them.
