从去年学长姐们回来，我就和我的朋友们说好一定要一起参加。我是真的对这个活动非常上心，每次一有消息都要第一时间打探。经过了长时间的准备，一次次的筛选，终于我和我的好兄弟刘成都如愿以偿，当上了这一次菁英课程的教官。那个晚上我开心到无法入眠。从进入这个团队，我就没有一刻觉得后悔。参加第一次培训的时候，大家都还不是非常熟悉，有时候还不敢在大家面前放开。多多少少有点扭捏。直到分配到各个国家，与自己的搭档成为一组，那种无与伦比的使命感，落在了自己的肩上。我才明白，作为一个教官，我的职责是什么，我应该成为什么样的教官。第一次进班，我就对小吉米印象特别深刻，他也是我参加三国后特别开心交到的一个非常非常可爱的学弟，他也特别喜欢我。他就像是我的弟弟，干嘛都要跟在我后面，和我换外套穿，给我泡面吃，我被猴子骂完之后还会假惺惺的拍拍我说：“没事的，非凡别哭。” 第二次进班，第三次进班，每一次感觉都不一样，但是和学弟妹们也没有很亲近的感觉，甚至觉得他们会很不听话。一次次占用下午的自习时间，晚自习时间去练习，准备，甚至连周末返校时间都要占用来练舞。我之前觉得舞蹈没什么，我也想混混就过去，但是后来看到大家都学得特别认真，我必须得参与进来，慢慢的虽然我跳得不是很好，但我也会跳了。我觉得和大家的距离更加亲近。时间流逝的飞快，在我第一次训练结束后，我就想要开始正式的活动，和学弟妹们拿下这次三国的天下霸业。一次次的培训让正式活动慢慢来临，终于它到来了。活动的那天周五，在会议室，大家玩的玩闹的闹，讲话的讲话睡觉的睡觉，惹得猴子暴跳如雷。我本以为这次活动会没那么顺利。可是第二天学弟妹们的表现让我震惊，响彻云霄的脚步声和那鼓舞士气的口号，让我一下想从梦中醒过来一样。我发现我们做到了，我们带领的队伍真的真的特别棒。那天上午之后，我感觉大家都是很熟悉的朋友了，没有彼此陌生，同学们互帮互助，教官们相互鼓励。一切都是那么和谐与美好。每一个活动就像是上天安排好的一样，进行得如此顺利，让大家的团队变得更加强壮。我也从一个准教官变成了一个好教官。大家貌似都挺喜欢我的，我也很感动，但没至于流泪哈哈哈哈，我的泪点不在这。因为我觉得大家都是在一个学校的，我随时可以找他们见面。我们班的学生各有所长，领导力，凝聚力，甚至美丽，都发挥出来了。第二天，有一颗感动得差点让我流泪，对于其他教官来说，这可能不算什么特别感动的事情。我们班同学在进行星际穿越的时候，做出了一次很大的创新。那就是有两个人扯着绳子用反作用力带着球向前进。我问了关卡教官平均水平是多少，他说是一分钟左右。“3，2，1！”只见我们班的同学如火箭般飞了出去，不到4秒的时间他们就完成了挑战！那一刻，我们班都沸腾了，我觉得这是史上最不可思议的事情。教官还给我们颁发了吉尼斯康桥记录。那一天我们所有班级都获得了6000兵力点。但是最后结算兵力点的时候我们却连十万都没有。信息一公布，小吉米生气又激动地站了起来，拍了拍我的肩膀，用那坚定的眼神看着我说：”不对。”之后拿着同学的计算器一个一个班级的问，反复计算了三四遍，才算出来我们原来是十一万多，超过了魏国，那一刻我流泪了。只见他拿着计算器冲上了舞台，和猴子教官说了情况。猴子教官随即公布了正确的数据，那一时间，所有的吴国人都跳起来了，仿佛是上天安排好的，一切就像是演电影那样，最后接近尾声的时候来了一个惊天大逆转。大家活力满满地参加完了兵棋推演，也睡了一个好觉。出发前往三国城，大家路上沉默不语，仿佛冠军已经牢牢握在手中。我和八一教官带领的守城小队连续赢了两把，并在最后时刻又收服了城池，这难道也是一场巧合？还是靠吴国的学弟妹们机智的脑袋夺回来的？我们闭关的那一刻，我和他们说了一句，我们赢了。看完马术表演，大家走走停停，拍完照就回康桥了。在音乐厅，看着我们班同学们自信的样子，我特别开心。直到公布天下霸业的那一刻，我整身的鸡皮疙瘩都冒出来了，看着大家一个个开心的笑，我在真的特别感动。天下霸业最终落在了我们吴国的手中。我和刘成不仅都当成了一个好教官，还一起实现了天下霸业的愿望，这不仅由我们的功劳，学员们的配合与参与更是重要。毕竟他们才是活动参与者。终于散场了，我激动得和我朋友们分享了这三天的事情，大家也都很开心我和火鸟教官带领的国家获得了天下霸业，他们也引以为傲。活动结束了，但学弟妹们与教官的关系永远不会变，大家的互动永远不会结束。。。。

Time flies fast. After my first training, I want to start formal activities and win the world's hegemony of the Three Kingdoms with my younger brothers and sisters.
