从去年新生成长营结束之后，我们就已经开始陆陆续续为热血三国活动做准备了。我作为一个课程教官，主旨就是让学生们可以开开心心的玩游戏，并且意会到这个课程要想要教给他们的东西。但其实在准备的时候，我一直很担心学生们会觉得我们这个关卡很无聊，因为我并不是一个擅长让气氛活跃起来的人，所以我一直在尝试突破自己的舒适圈，为了让学生们可以体验到更完美的菁英课程。在每次验收的时候，我们也都能发现新的问题要解决修正，所以在正式活动之前，我们没人知道我们负责的关卡可不可以让学生们对于热血三国活动有更美好的回忆和体验。但好在我从每个来到齐心协力这个关卡的学生的脸上都看到了他们对这个游戏感兴趣并且觉得非常好玩的神情，他们所表现出来的任何行为都在告诉我他们是喜欢这个关卡的，这也让我感到很有成就感，因为我所付出的努力也成为了他们美好的热血三国课程体验的一部分。但其实这次活动让我记忆最深刻的是舞林大会的那个晚上，我感觉学生们跳的都特别棒而且大家都很有自信展现自己，当然我那个时候和其他教官也玩得很开心。但其实让我更感动的是学生们在看到我们教官所准备的表演的时候是兴奋的，是激动的，这让我觉得我们之前待在软垫教室没日没夜练习的那段时间都是值得的，我也看到大家在正式表演的时候都尽了自己最大的努力去展现自己。大家都是最棒的，我也很爱教官这个温暖的大家庭，我们互相鼓励，互相理解，互相包容，才能一起给学生们带来美好的活动体验。还是那句话，“当教官后悔三年，不当教官后悔一辈子。”

Since the end of last year's freshman growth camp, we have been gradually preparing for the activity of the Three Kingdoms. As a course instructor, my main goal is to enable students to play games happily and understand what this course wants to teach them. But in fact, when preparing, I have always been worried that students cannot here the hoppy feeling and will feel boring at our course because I am not someone who is good at making the atmosphere lively. Therefore, I have been trying to break through my comfort zone in order to allow students to experience a more perfect course. Before the official event, none of us know if the courses we are responsible for can provide students with better memories and experiences of the Three Kingdoms. But fortunately, every behavior shown by every student who came to our course tells me that they love this game, which also makes me feel a sense of achievement because my efforts have become a part of their wonderful and passionate Three Kingdoms course experience. But in fact, the most memorable event for me was the night of the Dance Forest Conference. I felt that the students were dancing very well and everyone was confident in showing themselves. Of course, I also had a great time playing with other instructors at that time. But what actually moved me more was that the students were excited when they saw the performance prepared by us, the instructor. It made me feel that the time we spent practicing day and night in the padded classroom before was worth it. I also saw that everyone did their best to showcase themselves during the formal performance. Everyone is the best, and I also love the warm family of instructors. We encourage, understand, and tolerate each other, so that we can bring a wonderful activity experience to the students together. As the saying goes, “We will regret to being an instructor for three years, and will regret for not being an instructor for a lifetime.”
