This experience in the Three Kingdoms was completely different from the previous New Generation Growth Camp. This was the first time I had led a class since becoming an instructor. At the beginning, I was very nervous, always worried about various problems (such as students not being active enough, not cooperating with activities, etc.). But when I first entered the class, all the children were very cooperative and enthusiastic. They were willing to put down their homework and listen attentively. The first session was very successful, and the students gained a lot. They quickly established a rapport with us, including the second session. During the formal activities, I was still a bit reserved, and it was mostly the assistant instructors who were managing discipline. But later, I realized that only by communicating and interacting more with them could I build a better connection and help the class and the country earn more points. In the subsequent activities, I let go of my inhibitions, stepped out of my comfort zone, and became more outgoing and lively. With the students' cooperation, we created such a united Class 2, Grade 8. When I saw the children from my class win or receive awards in the challenge sessions, I was genuinely happy for them. Seeing them shine on the stage really gave me a sense of pride, and I was also moved by the cohesion of their class. Managing a group of people is very difficult, and these few days have been very tiring, worrying about various problems. Through this activity, I have become more extroverted and have also exercised my problem-solving skills and organizational abilities. I'm also grateful to have met such an excellent Class 2, Grade 8!
