在三天的活动中我认识到了也学习了很多东西，相比起原先我在带领活动之前来说。首先，以教官身份来带领学员完成三国相当有挑战性。在活动期间我们需要注意照顾学生的情绪，也要带动学生积极参与活动，还要注意学生的安全。如果学生之间出现矛盾我们还要及时处理，而本身活动的安排就很紧张，这让我们需要很好的管理时间和处理问题。同时，我觉得带领学生是一个对自身要求很高的身份，在活动期间学生会以我作为榜样，因此我需要严格管理自己的言行举止和谈吐。

但是同样的，我认为三天的活动也饱含激情和热血，我们在热血三国前所有的付出，排练的舞蹈和对于教官事项的验收都得到了回报。舞林大会在台上看到学员和家长的欢呼，这么多天的准备就显得十分值得。而当我真正在台上时，那份热血和青春气息仿佛将我带回到了我八年级时看到台上教官的表演，那时我就萌生了当教官的想法。这样的经历也让我相信未来的教官团队会想起此时的我们，将教官的精神和爱传承下去！

During the three-day activity, I not only gained a lot of knowledge but also learned many things. Compared to before when I led the activity, I have become more experienced. First of all, leading the students to complete the activities of the Three Kingdoms as an instructor was quite challenging. During the activity, we needed to pay attention to taking care of the students' emotions, motivating them to actively participate in the activities, and also being mindful of their safety. If there were conflicts among the students, we needed to handle them promptly. Moreover, the schedule of the activity was very tight, which required us to manage time well and handle problems properly. At the same time, I felt that leading the students was a demanding role. During the activity, the students would take me as an example, so I needed to strictly manage my words, deeds, and speech. However, at the same time, I think the three-day activity was also full of passion and enthusiasm. We all put in efforts before the "Dance Battle" competition, and the dance rehearsals and the acceptance of the instructor matters all paid off. Seeing the cheers from the students and their parents on the stage of the "Dance Battle", all the preparations over these days seemed very worthwhile. And when I was actually on the stage, that passion and youthful energy seemed to bring me back to the time when I saw the instructors' performances on the stage in the eighth grade. At that time, I had the idea of becoming an instructor. Such experiences also made me believe that the future instructor team will remember us at this moment and carry on the spirit and love of the instructors!
