三国这短暂的三天如同做了一个很长的梦。我有很多话想说也有很多感触，其中最令我感触以及最喜欢的环节就是舞林大会。学弟妹们站在台上光彩照人，每个班的表演都很出色，但是每个班总有几个人缩在角落里放不开动作，对舞台充满恐惧，这让我不禁想到曾经的自己那时的我，内向羞涩，对展现自我充满抗拒。每一次集体活动，我都极力缩在角落，试图降低自己的存在感。如今身份转换，在教官的身份站在台下，我不再是那个怯懦的我，而是能够在学弟妹面前充分展现自己的我。这种转变让我真切地意识到，成长是一场悄然而至却又震撼人心的旅程。曾经，内向是禁锢我的牢笼，将我与许多精彩机遇隔绝。而在担任教官的过程中，为了更好地激励同学，我不得不一次次突破心理防线。每一次勇敢的尝试，都如同一把小小的钥匙，慢慢开启我内心封闭的门。舞林大会上，学弟学妹们青春活力的绽放，像是一面镜子，映照出我的蜕变。从曾经的畏缩不前到如今的坦然自若，从不敢表达自我到能够自信地展现自己。那一刻我知道进教官是我人生正确的选择。

The three short days of the Three Kingdoms were like a long dream. I have a lot to say and many feelings, among which the most touching and favorite part is the Dance Forest Conference. The younger students stood on stage shining brightly, and each class's performance was excellent. However, there were always a few people in each class who huddled in the corners and couldn't put their movements away, filled with fear of the stage. This made me think of my former self, who was introverted, shy, and resistant to showcasing myself. Every time there is a collective activity, I try my best to stay in the corner, trying to reduce my presence. Now that my identity has changed, standing in front of me as an instructor, I am no longer the timid me, but the me who can fully showcase myself in front of my younger students. This transformation made me truly realize that growth is a journey that quietly arrives but also deeply moves people. Once, introversion was the cage that imprisoned me, isolating me from many wonderful opportunities. In the process of serving as an instructor, in order to better motivate my classmates, I had to repeatedly break through my psychological defenses. Every brave attempt is like a small key, slowly opening the closed door in my heart. At the Dance Forest Conference, the youthful vitality of the younger students bloomed like a mirror, reflecting my transformation. From being hesitant in the past to being calm and composed now, from being afraid to express oneself to being able to confidently showcase oneself. At that moment, I knew that becoming an instructor was the right choice in my life.
