为了能让同学们有更好的活动体验，我们教官们在去年的时候就开始准备舞蹈，课程，队辅。为了不影响白日的学业，大家只能付出自己的业余休息时间，还有许许多多的验收。期间会有过抱怨，但是想到马上到来的三国和同学们，大家又马上鼓起劲来。陆陆续续的，时间也是来到了热血三国，活动的三天中，我感受到了同学们的热情和积极反馈，这让我倍感欣慰和激动。同时通过互动，我了解到他们的需求和期待，使我更加明确了活动的价值。在这个过程中，我也提升了自己的组织能力和应变能力，面对突发情况时，能够冷静处理，确保活动的顺利进行。其中每位教官在背后默默的付出也是必不可少的。这次经历，我深刻认识到，活动不仅仅是一个结果，更是一个过程。每一个细节都影响着同学的体验，而团队的合作精神则是成功的关键。我期待将这些收获运用到今后的生活中，不断提升自己。

Gradually, time also arrived at the Three Kingdoms of Passion. During the three days of the activity, I felt the enthusiasm and positive feedback from my classmates, which made me feel gratified and excited. At the same time, through interaction, I learned about their needs and expectations, which made me more aware of the value of the activity. During this process, I also improved my organizational and adaptability skills. When faced with unexpected situations, I was able to handle them calmly and ensure the smooth progress of the activity. The silent dedication of each instructor behind the scenes is also essential. Through this experience, I deeply realized that an activity is not just a result, but also a process. Every detail affects the students' experience, and the spirit of teamwork is the key to success. I look forward to applying these gains to my future life and constantly improving myself.
