首先我觉得在这次的活动中,我们做的任何的准备都是有用的,不仅是我们教官节目的排练,更是我们每一天晚上的工作反思。在这次当队辅的过程中,我觉得最困难的一点就是把班级里同学都凝聚起来,首先在第一天的行程中,我觉得我们班的同学并不是非常的团结,而且在面对困难时,更多的是指责,而不是鼓励,但是经过我们一天的磨合,在第二天我感受到大家有明显的提升,但是我们还是照样在关卡中赢不了其他的班级,然后这时候大家的情绪就变得有点激动,然后特别是在那种努力了还赢不了别的班级的情况,我们班情绪崩溃哭了很多人,然后我就会去尝试的安慰他们的情绪,然后再想办法把他们团结在一起,就是让他们化悲愤为动力,从而一起团结起来去解决问题。我觉得跟他们一一约谈非常有用,但也是一个非常累且费时间最长的一个环节,因为我基本上把我们班的每个学生都一一的单独谈了一遍,他们也都清楚的认识到自己的错误和接下去应该怎么做,然后在后面的行程中,我们班级遇到困难的时候不再是互相的指责和逃避,而是凝聚在一起,想出办法来对策,对付这次困难。相信在此过程中,我们班级的同学也都学会了很多东西。
First of all, I think any preparation we made in this activity was useful, not only for rehearsing our instructor's program, but also for reflecting on our work every night. In the process of being a team assistant, I think the most difficult thing was to unite all the classmates in the class. Firstly, on the first day of the trip, I felt that our classmates were not very united, and when faced with difficulties, they were more blaming than encouraging. However, after a day of adjustment, the next day I felt that everyone had made significant progress, but we still couldn't win against other classes in the level. At this time, everyone's emotions became a bit excited, especially when we worked hard. Unable to win against other classes, our class suffered emotional breakdowns and many people cried, Then I will try to comfort their emotions and find ways to unite them together, that is, to turn their grief and anger into motivation, so as to unite together to solve problems. I think it is very useful to talk to them one by one, but it is also a very tiring and time-consuming part because I basically talked to each student in our class one by one, and they all clearly realized their mistakes and what to do next. In the later journey, when our class encountered difficulties, it was no longer blaming and avoiding each other, but coming together to come up with solutions. I believe that in this process, our classmates also learned a lot.
