毛姆说：“为了使灵魂宁静，一个人每天要做两件他不喜欢的事。”这是我的座右铭， 10年级的我，出于此目的报名参加教官训练。准备的日子，是忙碌的。出乎所有人的意料，十一年级格外的忙碌。新的学期，新的政策，每个人都为适应突如其来的改变忙得焦头烂额。是不是要放弃？这个问题在我的脑海里来回徘徊。有太多的理由可以用来做放弃的借口了，光是学业太忙这一项，就让老师与我们，不得不松口。然而，第一次进班，见到你们，我801班的小天使们，我就不再思考这个问题了。你们亮晶晶的眼睛让我一切的坚持，都有了意义。放弃有一万个理由，坚持，却有比这一万个理由都值得的你们。于是每次与你们相遇，我就在手帐本上记满一面，满满当当，与可爱的你们对话。我自称方糖学姐，舍弃杭易平这个称号，忘记一切，去和你们一起成长。我3点半自发起床，4点收拾好一切，自发替你们守至东方既白。我和你们一同讨论成败，反思总结，提升自我。三天，不是我在教导你们，是我们在共同进步，共同努力，共同去达成那个目标。
每一次逆流而上，都是对自我的挑战，对成长的追求。感谢老师一路相护，感谢同伴一路相陪，感谢你们一路欢声笑语，与我共同完成这个轮回。岂曰无衣，与子同袍。

When I was in grade 10, I signed up for instructor training for this purpose. The days of preparation are busy. To everyone's surprise, the eleventh grade is very busy. The new semester, the new policy, everyone is busy adapting to the sudden change. Do you want to give up? The question lingered in my mind. There are too many reasons to give up. Just being too busy in school makes teachers and us have to let go. However, when I first came to class, when I saw you, the little angels of class 801, I no longer thought about it. Your bright eyes make all my persistence meaningful. There are ten thousand reasons to give up, but there are more worthy of you than these ten thousand reasons.So every time I meet you, I will write down one side of my account book, full of it, and talk to you. I call myself cube sugar. I give up the title of Hang Yiping, forget everything and grow up with you. I will get up at 3:30, clean up everything at 4:00, and guard for you until the East is white. I will discuss success or failure with you, reflect and summarize, and improve myself. For three days, I am not teaching you, but we are making progress together, working together to achieve that goal.
Every time we go against the current, it is a challenge to ourselves and a pursuit of growth. Thank you for our teacher's protection, my companion's company, and your laughter, for completing this samsara with me. Do you say that you have no peer? I will go with you.
