时隔三年，我又重新参加了一次热血三国，不同的是这次是以一名教官的身份去参加。作为一个教官，我们必须时时刻刻给学弟妹们树立起一个榜样，必须收起平时的吊儿郎当。起初我非常担心自己没有办法做一个教官，但经过两个多月的培训与开会，我正式成为了一名教官。跟我的队友不同的是我并没有与学生成为能谈笑风生的朋友，我认为教官与学生关系可以很好，但必须要保持一定的距离，否则学生会越界不配合指令。这次的活动对我们所有人来说都很有意义，11年级已经没有菁英课程了，也不想留下任何遗憾所以尽全力投入了这三天的活动。也许我还不是一个特别好的教官，但我还是试着去当一个好教官。总教官们都非常辛苦的在帮着我们成为更好的教官。这次活动唯一遗憾的是没能跟除了自己班的学生们有太多的交流。这次有西安校区学生的加入，让我们的活动变得更有竞争性。所有的学生都有投入进来，所有学生都有出自己的一份力。虽然魏国最后没能一统天下，但是在我看来所有学生都是最后的赢家。希望下一年还能以教官的身份参加热血三国，指导下一批学弟妹。感谢所有为了热血三国而加班的老师们，谢谢所有老师的帮助。
 
我所带的814孩子们虽然在刚进班的时候并不配合甚至还会顶嘴，但是在正式活动的时候大家都很配合，哪怕是在耍他们玩他们也都乖乖的听我们的指令。814的孩子们非常的有活力，永远不能小看这群孩子。孩子们虽皮但是也富有满满的创造力，虽然在活动中为了城池而手忙脚乱，但这样更显现出他们是真正在乎热血三国这个活动的。只要在乎这个活动就一定会全力付出，虽然为他们付出的努力并却没有得到一统天下而感到惋惜，但这是没有办法避免的事。热血三国不仅仅是一个菁英课程，还同时在激发孩子们无限的可能性。希望我可爱的814孩子们在未来的道路上越走越顺，也希望孩子们能有机会去做可以独当一面的教官，也希望所有的孩子们能如校歌所说的“欣赏着世界无限的选择”。谢谢所有的孩子们对我们教官的配合与鼓励，也感谢热血三国所有的工作人员。
After three years, I re-participate in the three kingdoms activity, but the difference this time is to participate as an instructor.As a instructor, we must be an example for 8th graders. At first, I was very worried that I could not be a drillmaster, but after more than two months of training and meetings, I officially became a drillmaster.I'm different with my teammate Caroline, I was not with the students and not that nice to become close friends with them. I think the relationship between instructors and students can be well but must keep a certain distance students crossing the line will not cooperate with instructions.This activity is very meaningful for all of us. There are no elite courses in grade 11, and we don't want to leave any regrets, so we devoted ourselves to the activity for three days.Maybe I'm not a very good instructor yet but I'll try to be one.Drillmasters are working very hard to help us become better drillmasters.The only regret of this activity is that I didn't have much communication with students other than my own class.The participation of students from xi 'an campus makes our activities more competitive.All the students have put in, all the students have their own contribution, although wei failed to dominate the world in the end, in my opinion, all the students are the final winner.Hope to be able to participate in the next year as an instructor in the warm blood of the three countries under the guidance of a group of younger brothers and sisters.Thanks to all the teachers who worked overtime for The Three Kingdoms. Although my 814 children did not cooperate when we first entered the class, bit they all cooperated in the formal activities. they all obediently listened to our instructions.814 children are very energetic, never underestimate this group of children.Although the children are naughty but they are full of creativity. Thanks for all staff’s help.
